This guide can be used to help you re-tune any of the following products with the remote control below:
KDL*E40 series, KDL*E42 series, KDL*E55 series,
KDL*V45 series, KDL*V47 series, KDL*V55 series,
KDL*V56 series, KDL*W40 series, KDL*W42 series,
KDL*W55 series, KDL*W57 series

Make sure your box is on and press 80
for the BBC News channel
1) Press the Home
button once
2) Use the Right Arrow
button to select
Settings and use the
Down Arrow to select
Digital Set-up and
press the Middle button
3) Use the Down Arrow
button to select
Digital Tuning on the
third line of the menu
and press the Middle
button
4) Select Digital Auto
Tuning on the rst
line of the menu
and press the
Middle button
5) You will be asked
if you want to start
Auto Tuning. Use
the arrow buttons to
select Yes and press
the Middle button

6) You will be asked to
choose your TV
connection.
Select Antenna and
press the Middle
button
7) A re-tune screen will
appear
No action required
8) When the re-tune has
completed a menu
will appear with BBC1
playing out behind
9) Press the Middle
button to close the
menu and view
channels
10)
You have completed the
procedure and can continue
viewing digital channels.
