IMPORTANT T24 SAFETY I NSTRUCTIONS
1. Read instructions --All Safety and operating instructions should be read
before the Sonic T24 is used.
2. Retain instructions--The operating instructions should be retained for
future reference.
3. Heed warnings--All warnings in the operating instructions should be
read and adhered to.
4. Follow instructions--All operating instructions should be followed.
5 WARNING: Avoid water and moisture--Keep away from all liquids. To
reduce the risk of fire or electric shock, do not expose the Sonic T24 to
rain or moisture.
6. Location--The Sonic T24 should be placed in a stable, level location,
away from external heat sources and with adequate ventilation. Do
not expose the Sonic T24 to temperature or humidity extremes.
Protect from exposure to dirt, sand, and dust. Note that the speakers
are magnetically shielded to prevent distortion of TVs and computer
monitors, but keep magnetic storage media at least four inches from
the Sonic T24 to avoid data loss.
7. Power supply, the Sonic T24 should only be connected to the power
supply provided with your unit or as described in the operating
instructions and as marked on the Sonic T24.
8. Power cord use and care--Power cords should be located so that they
are not likely to be walked on or crushed by placing other objects on
top of them. Check all attachments regularly. Do not bypass the
proper grounding or polarization of the power plug. If your Sonic T24
is not to be used for an extended period of time, unplug and stow the
power cord.
9. TO PREVENT THE RISK OF ELECTRIC SHOCK AND DAMAGE TO THE UNIT,
DO NOT REMOVE THE SPEAKER GRILLES OR OPEN THE UNIT FOR
SERVICING. PLEASE REFER SERVICING TO QUALIFIED SONIC IMPACT
PERSONNEL.
10. Cleaning--Use only a soft dry cloth. Do not use cleaning chemicals of
any kind.
11. Lightning Storms--Unplug the apparatus during lightning storms to
prevent accidental damage.
12. Accessories--Only use attachment accessories specified by Sonic Impact
Technologies.
13. Damage Requiring Service--The Sonic T24 should be serviced by
qualified service person when:
· The power-supply cord or the plug has been damaged.
· Objects have fallen onto or liquid has been spilled into the Sonic
T24.
· The Sonic T24 has been exposed to rain.
· The Sonic T24 does not appear to operate normally or exhibits a
marked change in performance.
· The Sonic T24 has been dropped or the enclosure has been

14. Servicing--The user should not attempt to service the Sonic T24
themselves. Servicing should be referred to a qualified service person

ONE-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
Sonic Impact Technologies warranties that all of its products are free
from defects in material and workmanship in the course of normal and
reasonable use for a term of one year from the date of purchase.
This warranty is the exclusive and only warranty in effect relative to
Sonic Impact Technologies powered Sonic T24 speaker system and any other
warranties, either expressed or implied, are invalid. Neither Sonic Impact
Technologies, LLC nor any authorized Sonic Impact Technologies, LLC
reseller are responsible for any incidental damages incurred in the use of
the speakers. (This limitation of incidental or consequential damage is not
applicable where prohibited.)
Sonic Impact Technologies, LLC’s obligation under this warranty does
not apply to any defect, malfunction or failure as a result of misuse, abuse,
improper installation, use with faulty or improper equipment or the use of
the speaker systems with any equipment for which they were not intended.
The terms of this warranty apply only if the Sonic T24 speaker systems
are returned to the respective authorized Sonic Impact Technologies, LLC
reseller where they were purchased.

LOCATING YOUR Sonic T24 SYSTEM
Position Sonic T24 system on a stable, level surface. The Sonic T24 system
can be placed close to video displays such as TVs and computer monitors
without distorting the image, but keep magnetic storage media (such as
drives, disks, and tapes) at least four inches away to avoid data loss.
CONNECTING TO YOUR Sonic T24
Warning: Ensure that the Sonic T24 system is in the POWER OFF mode
before making any connections and before docking the iPod into the Sonic
T24 system. To ensure proper operation, please carefully follow the
connection sequence as described below and in the order indicated.
Insert the appropriate iPod universal adapter sleeve, provided with your
Sonic T24 or your new iPod. An iPod model with a 30 PIN connector can be
connected directly to the 30 pin docking station located on the Sonic T24
system. An older iPod model without a 30 PIN connector can be connected
via the AUX IN port located on the back of your Sonic T24 case and by using
the 3.5 mm stereo cable, included. When you’re sure that the either
method of connection has been made you are ready to play the Sonic T24
speakers.
POWER
To use externa l power by power adapter:
When the iPod is connected to the Sonic T24 system, insert the AC adapter
barrel connector into the jack marked DC 14V IN
the universal power adaptor blade end into your AC power wall jack. Your
Sonic T24 is ready to play. When docked, your iPod will also recharge when
, and then insert
using the AC adapter.
START PL AYING
1. With your iPod seated in the docking station, or connected via the 3.5
mm stereo cable, press the PLAY/PAUSE button on the remote control
while pointing it towards the T24 in order to turn the iPod and the
Sonic T24 on.
2. Adjust the volume using the volume adjustment on the remote control
or the volume adjustment on the Sonic T24, and play your favorite
tunes. (Note that the iPod’s volume control is bypassed when docked
in the Sonic T24.)
3. Skip: Pressing the left/right skip button on the remote control will
advance the song selection forward or backward on the iPod.
4. Mute: When mute is pressed on the remote, the music will continue to
advance play but the volume will be turned off. To restore, press the
mute button again.
5. Play/Pause: Press on the remote to play or pause the song selection.
6. Repeat: This button on the remote will cause the current song to
repeat. The repeat function does not work for an audio unit plugged
into the AUX connection.
7. Power: To turn both the iPod and the T24 on/off, press the power
button on the remote control. The unit will be switched to sleep
mode when the power is off.
VOLUME CONTROL
The

“-”to decrease the volume. The volume will start at 30% maximum volume

POWER OFF
When not in use and to minimize power consumption, please turn the
T24 system off. Please note that the Sonic T24 has an “AUTO
SHUT-DOWN (STANDBY) function which prevents excess power
consumption during idle play.
When neither an iPod nor AUX audio is connected, the T24 will switch
automatically to the “sleep mode”.
AUX MODE
1. To play a music device through the AUX jack, connect the device
to the unit using the 3.5mm AUX jack, power the the T24 on and
playback.
2. If an iPod is not connected to the T24 the audio input will
automatically default to the AUX mode. If an iPod is connected
the input will automatically switch to the iPod. If you wish to
switch back to the AUX input you can do so using the remote
control.
3. The volume level in the AUX mode will be configured to the
original settings.
4. When the iPod is connected through the AUX input the volume
level will be at the original settings and can be adjusted on the
iPod itself or the T24 manual controls or using the remote control.
5. In power off mode the T24 unit will be automatically turned on if
an iPod is connected via the T24 dock. However, if a player is
connected via the Aux input, the T24 must be turned on manually
by pressing the POWER button on the remote control.
VIDEO OUT
1. An RCA cable is used to connect the T24 to a monitor or Television
that has an RCA connector.
2. To play video; connect the iPod via the dock and set the video
configuration on the iPod. The video output will now be on the
remote display and the audio output will be from the T24.
3. Volume can be adjusted using the manual controls on the T24 or
from the remote control.

CHOIX D'UN EMPLACEMEN T POUR LE SYSTÈME Sonic T24
ALIMENTATION
Posez votre système Sonic T24 sur une surface stable et horizontale. Le
système Sonic T24 peut être placé à côté d’écrans vidéo tels que des
téléviseurs et des moniteurs d’ordinateur sans entraîner de distorsion de
l’image, mais maintenez les dispositifs de stockage magnétique (tels que
les disques durs, disquettes et cassettes) à au moins 10 cm afin d’éviter
toute perte de données.
BRANCHEMENT DU Sonic T24
Avertissement : Assurez-vous que le système Sonic T24 est en mode hors
tension avant d'effectuer tout branchement et avant d'amarrer l'iPod dans
le système Sonic T24. Afin d’assurer un fonctionnement correct, veuillez
suivre attentivement les instructions de connexion décrites ci-dessous ainsi
que l’ordre indiqué.
Insérez le manchon adaptateur universel de l'iPod, fourni avec votre Sonic
T24 ou votre nouvel iPod. Les modèles d’iPod avec un connecteur à 30
broches peuvent être connectés directement à la station d’ancrage à 30
broches située sur le système Sonic T24. Les modèles plus anciens d’iPod
dépourvus de connecteur à 30 broches peuvent être connectés via le port
AUX IN, situé à l'arrière du boîtier de votre Sonic T24, en utilisant le câble
stéréo de 3,5 mm fourni. Après avoir réalisé la connexion par l’une des
méthodes décrites ci-dessus, vous pouvez commencer à utiliser les
haut-parleurs du Sonic T24.
Pour utiliser une source d’alimentation externe à l’aide d’un
adaptateur :
Lorsque l’iPod est connecté au système Sonic T24, insérez le connecteur de
l’adaptateur secteur dans la prise libellée DC 14V IN
la fiche située à l’autre extrémité de l’adaptateur d’alimentation universel
sur une prise secteur. Votre Sonic T24 est prêt à fonctionner. Lorsqu’il est
ancré, votre iPod se rechargera quand vous utiliserez l’adaptateur secteur.
COMMENCER LA LECTURE
1. Votre iPod étant installé dans la station d'ancrage ou branché via le
câble stéréo de 3,5 mm, appuyez sur le bouton PLAY/PAUSE de la
télécommande tout en l'orientant vers le T24 pour mettre l'iPod et le
Sonic T24 sous tension.
2. Ajustez le volume sur la télécommande ou sur le Sonic T24, puis
écoutez vos chansons favorites. (Notez que le réglage du volume de
l’iPod est ignoré lorsqu’il est ancré dans le Sonic T24.)
3. Skip : Une pression sur le bouton Skip gauche/droit de la télécommande
permet d'avancer ou de reculer sur l'iPod parmi votre choix de titres.
4. Mute : Lorsque vous appuyez sur le bouton Mute de la télécommande, la
musique continuera à jouer, mais le volume sera coupé. Pour rétablir
le son, rappuyez sur le bouton Mute.
5. Play/Pause : Appuyez sur ce bouton de la télécommande pour jouer un
titre ou marquer une pause.
6. Repeat : Ce bouton de la télécommande entraîne la répétition du titre

Achtung: Sicherstellen, dass das Sonic T24-System sich im Modus POWER
OFF (ausgeschaltet) befindet, bevor Anschlüsse vorgenommen und der iPod
an das Sonic T24-System angedockt wird. Zur Gewährleistung eines
ordnungsgemäßen Betriebs die folgende Verbindungssequenz in der
entsprechenden Reihenfolge sorgfältig beachten. Die entsprechende, im
Lieferumfang des Sonic T24-Systems oder Ihres neuen iPod enthaltene
iPod-Universal-Reduzierhülse einstecken. Jedes iPod-Modell mit einem
30-poligen Steckverbinder kann direkt an der 30-poligen Dockingstation am
Sonic T24-System angeschlossen werden. Alle älteren iPod-Modelle, die
noch nicht mit einem 30-poligen Steckverbinder ausgestattet sind, werden
über den AUX IN-Port an der Rückseite des Sonic T24-Gehäuses mit dem im
Lieferumfang enthaltenen 3,5 mm Stereokabel angeschlossen. Wenn Sie die
Anschlüsse ordnungsgemäß vorgenommen haben, können Sie die Sonic
T24-Lautsprecher in Betrieb nehmen.
STROMVERSORGUNG
Stromversorgung über externe Quelle mit Stromadapter:
Wenn der iPod an das Sonic T24-Lautsprechersystem angeschlossen ist, den
Crimpsteckverbinder des WS-Adapters in die AV-Buchse mit der
Kennzeichnung DC 14V IN
Universaladapters in die Wandsteckdose stecken. Ihr Sonic
T24-Lautsprechersystem ist jetzt einsatzbereit. Wenn der iPod angedockt
ist, wird er automatisch vom WS-Adapter mitgeladen.
ABSPIELEN STARTEN
1. Nachdem sichergestellt wurde, dass der iPod in der Dockingstation sitzt
oder über das 3,5 mm Stereokabel angeschlossen ist, die Taste
PLAY/PAUSE (abspielen/pause) auf der Fernbedienung drücken,
während sie auf das Sonic T24-System gerichtet wird. Damit werden der
iPod und das Sonic T24-System eingeschaltet.

nicht aktiv, wenn das Gerät an das Sonic T24-System angeschlossen ist.)
3. Überspringen: Durch Drücken der linken/rechten Überspringen-Taste
auf der Fernbedienung wird die Liederauswahl auf dem iPod vor- oder
zurückgeschaltet.
4. Stumm: Wenn die Stummschalttaste auf der Fernbedienung gedrückt
wird, spielt die Musik weiter, aber die Lautstärke wird abgeschaltet.
Zur Wiederherstellung der Lautstärke einfach die Stummschalttaste
noch einmal drücken.
5. Abspielen/Pause: Zum Abspielen oder Anhalten des ausgewählten Lieds
auf die Fernbedienung drücken.
6. Wiederholen: Diese Taste auf der Fernbedienung bewirkt eine
Wiederholung des aktuellen Songs. Die Wiederholungsfunktion ist
deaktiviert, wenn ein Audiogerät am AUX-Anschluss angeschlossen ist.

CONEXIÓN CON EL Sonic T24
Advertencia: Asegúrese que el sistema Sonic T24 esté en el modo APAGADO
antes de realizar ninguna conexión y antes de acoplar el iPod al sistema

botón de encendido en el control remoto. La unidad pasará al modo
inactivo cuando se apaga.
CONTROL DE VOLUMEN
Los
volumen del sistema Sonic T24. Pulse y mantenga pulsado “+” para
aumentar el volumen y luego “-” para disminuir el volumen. El volumen se
iniciará en la posición del 30% del volumen máximo cada vez que se reinicie
el sistema Sonic T24. Esto evitará molestar a los demás cuando lo ponga
en marcha. Como con todos los sistemas de altavoces, un volumen muy
alto puede crear distorsión. Si esto ocurriese, baje el volumen.
APAGADO

Sonic T24 システムの設置
安定した水平な場所に Sonic T24 を置いてください。Sonic T24 システムは
テレビやコンピュータモニターなどのビデオディスプレーの近くに置いて
も画像の歪みは生じませんが、データの喪失を防ぐため、磁気記録媒体(ド
ライブ、ディスク、テープなど)は Sonic T24 から最低約 10 cm 離してくだ
さい。
Sonic T24 への接続
警告: Sonic T24 システムが POWER OFF (電源オフ)モードの状態であるこ
とを確認してから、接続し、iPod を Sonic T24 システムに設置してださい。
正しく動作させるためには、下記の説明通りの接続順序および指示された順
番に厳格に従ってください。
Sonic T24 または新しい iPod に付属の適切な iPod ユニバーサルアダプタ・
スリーブを挿入します。30 ピンコネクタ付きの iPod モデルは、Sonic T24
システム上にある 30 ピン・ドッキングステーションに直接接続できます。
30 ピンコネクタの付いていな旧型 iPod モデルは、付属の 3.5 mm ステレオ
ケーブルを使用して、Sonic T24 ケース背面にある AUX IN ポートに接続で
きます。上記いずれかの接続方法で接続後、Sonic T24 スピーカーで再生で
きます。
電源
電源アダプタで外部電源を使用するには:
iPod を Sonic T24 システムに接続したら、AC アダプタ・バーレルコネクタ
を DC 14V IN
と示されたジャックに挿入し、壁の AC 電源コンセント
にユニバーサル電源アダプタの金属部を差し込みます。これで Sonic T24 を
プレーできます。AC アダプタ使用の際、ドッキングステーションに設置し
ている間、iPod が同時に充電されます。
再生の開始
iPod および Sonic T24 をオンにするため、iPod をドッキングステーシ

音量調節
フロントパネルにある
のボタンは Sonic T24 システムの主要音量調節
です。音量を上げるには「+」を、音量を下げるには「-」を押し続けます。
Sonic T24 システムを再起動する度に、最大音量の 30%の位置で再生が開始
されます。これは起動時に他人の迷惑にならないようにするためです。どん
なスピーカーシステムでも、高音量で歪みが生じることがあります。その場
合は音量を下げてください。
電源オフ
使用していないときの電源消費を最低限に抑えるため、T24 システムの電源
をオフにしてください。Sonic T24 には、アイドルプレー中の過剰な電源消
費を防止する「自動シャットダウン(スタンバイ)」機能が搭載されているこ
とにご留意ください。
iPod および AUX オーディオのいずれも接続されていない場合、T24 は自動
的に「スリープモード」に切り替わります。
AUX モード
AUX ジャックで音楽プレーヤーを利用するには、3.5mm AUX ジャッ
