Présentation du produit

• La commande murale sans fi l RTS est un point de commande radio qui permet de piloter
uniquement des équipements (stores, volets roulants, lumières, etc. ) équipées de la
Radio Technology Somfy (RTS).

• Elle peut être installée pour commander un nouvel équipement ou remplacer/compléter
un point de commande radio Somfy existant.

Etape 1 : Enregistrer/supprimer la commande murale

Enregistrer sur un équipement Somfy non équipé de point de commande

Se référer à la notice du moteur RTS ou du récepteur RTS.

Enregistrer sur un équipement Somfy équipé d’un point de commande (fi g. A)

Pour ajouter la commande murale, utiliser le point de commande Somfy RTS déjà associé
à l’équipement.

[1]. Placer l’équipement en position intermédiaire.
[2]. Faire un appui long sur le bouton PROG du point de commande RTS déjà associé,

jusqu’à obtenir une réaction de l’équipement (bre f mouvement ou clignotement selon
le produit) : le moteur RTS ou récepteur RTS est en mode programmation pendant 2
mn.

[3]. Faire un appui bref sur le bouton PROG (D) de la commande murale : l’équipement

réagit (bref mouvement ou clignotement selon le produit) : la commande murale est
enregistrée.

Supprimer la commande murale

La procédure à suivre pour la suppression de la commande murale est identique à la
pocédure d’enregistrement de la commande.

• De draadloze wandbediening met RTS is een bedieningspunt waarmee alleen systemen
(zonweringen, rolluiken, lampen, enz. ) kunnen worden bestuurd die zijn uitgerust met
Radio Technology Somfy (RTS).

• Het kan geïnstalleerd worden voor het bedienen van een nieuw systeem of als
vervanging/aanvulling van een bestaand draadloos bedieningspunt van Somfy.

Algemeen

Lees deze installatiegids en de bijgevoegde veiligheidsvoorschriften aandachtig voordat u
begint met de installatie van dit Somfy product. Houd u nauwkeurig aan de instructies die
in deze handleiding worden gegeven en bewaar deze handleiding gedurende de gehele
levensduur van het product. Controleer vóór de installatie of dit Somfy product compatibel
is met de aanwezige apparatuur en accessoires.

Stap 1: Programmeren/wissen van de wandbediening

Programmeren op een Somfy systeem zonder bedieningspunt

Raadpleeg de handleiding van de RTS-motor of RTS-ontvanger.

Programmeren op een Somfy systeem met een bedieningspunt (fi g. A)

Gebruik voor het toevoegen van de wandbediening het Somfy RTS-bedieningspunt dat
reeds gekoppeld is met het systeem.

[1]. Zet het systeem in een tussenpositie.
[2]. Druk lang op de PROG toets van het reeds gekoppelde RTS-bedieningspunt, tot het

systeem reageert (korte beweging of knippering, afhankelijk van het product): de
RTS-motor of RTS-ontvanger staat 2 minuten in de programmeermode.

[3]. Druk kort op de PROG toets (D) van de wandbediening: het systeem reageert

(korte beweging of knippering, afhankelijk van het product): de wandbediening is
geprogrammeerd.

Wissen van de wandbediening

De procedure voor het wissen van de wandbediening is gelijk aan de procedure voor het
programmeren van de bediening.

Volg de hierboven gegeven aanwijzingen.

• The RTS wireless wall-mounted control is a radio control point using to control equipment
(blinds, roller shutters, lights, etc.) equipped with Radio Technology Somfy (RTS) only.

• It can be installed to control new equipment or to replace/add to an existing Somfy radio
control point.

product. All the instructions given must be followed closely and this guide must be stored in
a safe place throughout the service life of your product. Before installation, check that this
Somfy product is compatible with the associated equipment and accessories.
These instructions gives information on how to install and use this product. Any installation
or use outside the fi eld of application specifi ed by Somfy is forbidden. This invalidates
the warranty and discharges Somfy of all liability, as does any failure to comply with the
instructions given herein.

Step 1: Programming/deleting the wall-mounted control

Programming on Somfy equipment not equipped with a control point

Refer to the operating instructions for the RTS motor or RTS receiver.

Programming on Somfy equipment equipped with a control point (fi g. A)

To add the wall-mounted control, use the Somfy RTS control point already associated with
the equipment.

[1]. Place the equipment in the intermediate position.
[2]. Press and hold the PROG button on the RTS control point which is already linked

until the equipment reacts (brief movement or fl ashing, depending on the product):
the RTS motor or RTS receiver is in programming mode for 2 minutes.

[3]. Briefl y press the PROG button (d) on the wall-mounted control: the equipment reacts

(brief movement or fl ashing, depending on the product): the wall-mounted control is
programmed.

Deleting the wall-mounted control

The procedure to be followed to delete the wall-mounted control is identical to the procedure
for programming the control.

Follow the instructions given above.

Etape 2 : Installer la commande murale (fi g.B)

Il est conseillé de contrôler la portée radio entre la commande murale et l’équipement avant
de fi xer la commande murale au mur.

Ce produit doit être installé sur une paroi et Somfy recommande que cette surface soit
plane.

[1]. Fixer la plaque de fi xation à l’aide des vis fournies (entraxe 55 mm).
[2]. Clipper le cadre sur la plaque de fi xation (encoche vers le bas).
[3]. Clipper le module sur l’ensemble.

Utilisation

Faire un appui bref sur ou : l’équipement réagit (s’ouvre/se ferme ou s’allume/
s’éteint).

Position favorite (my)

Se référer à la notice du moteur RTS ou récepteur RTS pour s’assurer qu’il dispose de

[2]. Pousser la pile usagée hors de son logement avec un objet en plastique.
[3]. Insérer une pile aux caractéristiques identiques, la face marquée du plus (+) visible.
[4]. Pousser la pile au fond de son logement.
[5]. Re-clipper le cadre et le module de la commande murale.

Remplacement d’un point de commande RTS perdu ou cassé

(fi g.I)

Cette remise à zéro supprime tous les points de commande, cependant les capteurs et la
position favorite associés aux produits sont conservés.

Attention ! Ne réaliser la double coupure de courant qu’au niveau de l’équipement à
remettre à zéro.

[1]. Placer l’équipement en position médiane.
[2]. Couper l’alimentation secteur pendant 2 s.
[3]. Remettre l’alimentation secteur entre 5 s et 15 s.
[4]. Couper l’alimentation secteur pendant 2 s.
[5]. Remettre l’alimentation secteur.

L’équipement se met en mouvement quelques secondes.
Remarque : si l’équipement est en fi n de course haute ou basse alors il effectuera
un bref va-et-vient.

[6]. Appuyer sur le bouton PROG de la nouvelle commande murale jusqu’au va-et-vient

de l’équipement : tous les points de commande RTS sont effacés et le nouveau point
de commande RTS est enregistré.

Stap 2: Installeren van de wandbediening (fi g.B)

Controleer het ontvangstbereik tussen de wandbediening en het systeem voordat u de
wandbediening aan de wand bevestigt.

Somfy raadt aan dit product op een bij voorkeur vlakke wand te installeren.
[1]. Zet de bevestigingsplaat vast met de meegeleverde schroeven (tussenafstand 55

mm).

[2]. Klem de lijst vast op de bevestigingsplaat (uitsparing aan de onderkant).
[3]. Klem de module vast op het geheel.

Toepassing

Druk kort op of : het systeem reageert (opent/sluit of schakelt in/uit).

Favoriete positie (“MY”)

Raadpleeg de handleiding van de RTS-motor of van de RTS-ontvanger om te weten of hij
deze functie heeft.

Het systeem is in beweging. Druk kort op : Het bijbehorende systeem stopt
automatisch.

deze functie heeft.

[1]. Zet het systeem in de gewenste favoriete positie (my).
[2]. Druk op

geprogrammeerd.

Wissen van de favoriete positie (MY)

[1]. Maak de lijst met zijn module los van de wandbediening.
[2]. Duw de oude batterij uit zijn houder met een dun plastic voorwerp.
[3]. Plaats een nieuwe batterij met dezelfde kenmerken, met de plus (+)-kant zichtbaar.
[4]. Duw de batterij goed in zijn houder.
[5]. Klem de lijst en de module van de wandbediening vast.

Vervangen van een verloren of defect RTS-bedieningspunt

(fi g.I)

Deze reset wist alle geprogrammeerde bedieningspunten, maar de sensoren en de
favoriete positie die horen bij de producten blijven behouden.

Waarschuwing! Voer de dubbele stroomonderbreking alleen uit op het systeem dat gereset
moet worden.

[1]. Zet het systeem in een tussenpositie.
[2]. Schakel de netvoeding gedurende 2 s uit.
[3]. Schakel de netvoeding tussen 5 s en 15 s in.
[4]. Schakel de netvoeding gedurende 2 s uit.
[5]. Schakel de netvoeding weer in.

Het systeem beweegt een paar seconden.
Opmerking: als het systeem in het bovenste of onderste eindpunt staat, maakt het
een korte op- en neerbeweging.

[6]. Druk op de PROG toets van de nieuwe wandbediening tot het systeem heen en weer

beweegt: alle RTS-bedieningspunten zijn gewist en het nieuwe RTS-bedieningspunt
is opgeslagen.

Step 2: Installing the wall-mounted control (fi g.B)

It is recommended that the radio range between the wall-mounted control and the
equipment is checked before mounting the control on the wall.

This product must be installed on a wall, and Somfy recommends that this surface is fl at.
[1]. Secure the mounting plate using the screws provide (centre-to-centre distance 55

mm).

[2]. Clip the frame onto the mounting plate (notch at the bottom).
[3]. Clip the module onto the assembly.

again until the equipment performs an up and down movement: the

favourite position has been deleted.

[1]. Unclip the frame with its wall-mounted control module.
[2]. Push the battery out of its housing with a plastic object.
[3]. Insert a battery with identical specifi cations, with the surface marked with a plus (+)

visible.

[4]. Push the battery fully into its housing.
[5]. Clip the frame and wall-mounted control module back in.

Replacing a lost or broken RTS control point

(fi g.I)

This reset deletes all control points, however, it does not delete the products' sensors and
favourite position.

Attention! Only switch off the power to the equipment to be reset.

[1]. Place the equipment in the intermediate position.
[2]. Cut the power supply for 2 seconds.
[3]. Switch the power supply back on for 5 to 15 seconds.
[4]. Cut the power supply for 2 seconds.
[5]. Switch the mains power supply back on.

The equipment moves for several seconds.
Caution: if the equipment is in the upper or lower end limit position, it will make a brief
up and down movement.

[6]. Press the PROG button on the new wall-mounted control until the equipment

performs an up and down movement: all the RTS control points have been deleted
and the new RTS control point has been programmed.
