13.0 Useful tips and information about coffee
Good coffee depends not only on the appliance used but also on the quality of the water, the blend of coffee, the grinding, the temperature etc.
Please observe the following tips:
–Always use fresh coffee and darker roasts. For example the SOLIS blends that
are especially suitable for use with espresso machines.
–Fresh coffee should always be stored in a cool place in a closed container.
–If the coffee flows out too quickly or to slowly, the reason is usually an
incorrect setting of the grinder.Adjust the grinder correspondingly.
Important: Only adjust the grinder when the grinder is running.
– Coffee tastes best when using pre-warmed cups. To warm the cups quickly
we recommend rinsing them with hot water from the hot water nozzle.
