The Soliloquy Model S10 redefines superior subwoofer

performance for both high-end, 2-channel music and fine,

home theater systems. The S10's unique design application

of high-end loudspeaker technology to home theater

produces powerful, articulate and tightly controlled bass.

Combining tautness and warmth with the power to fill large

spaces, the Model S10 raises the standard of extended

bass performance.

The requirements of both high performance, 2-channel

bass reproduction and powerful home theater presentation

created the design of a new, proprietary low frequency

drive unit that is a unique blend of technological advance

and proven performance. The 10" subwoofer driver's new

aluminum cone provides exceptional bass power with a

unique combination of extension and detail.

Unique to the Model S10 is the new L-Port which

allows the S10 to be configured, on-site, with the port

firing front or rear depending on room placement and

listening tastes. This advance in subwoofer design allows

the listener to seamlessly integrate the Model S10 into any

room and listening environment for maximum performance

and enjoyment.

The Soliloquy S150DT subwoofer amplifier is perfectly

matched to the overall design of the Model S10. Extremely

stable even at high power the S150DT has extraordinary

dynamic range. Total harmonic distortion is less than

0.01%, with a signal-to-noise ratio greater than 100dB.

The Model S10 is handcrafted with pride from the

highest quality materials. Cabinet construction is uniquely

impressive both in terms of its quality and contribution to

the unique scale of sound reproduction. The elegant, real

wood finishes will enhance the beauty of any room décor.

Every detail of the Model S10's construction, from the

choicest select woods to the computer matching of

electrical components undergoes uncompromising quality

control ensuring a lifetime of consistent performance.

voice coils die cast magnesium

L-Port

System: Allows the S10 to be configured with

either a front or rear fire port.

Finish: Curly Maple, Cherry, Rosewood,

and Black Oak

Grille: Acoustically transparent double-knit.

Amplifier: Discrete Darlington circuits provide high

current while remaining stable to nearly
a 2-ohm load. Filters include: a second
order active crossover with Linkwitz-Riley
networks; second order subsonic;
continuously variable low pass; and, a
high pass for satellite outputs. Total
harmonic distortion is less than 0.01%,
with a signal-to-noise ratio greater than
100 dB. Features include both high-level
and low-level inputs, off/on/auto modes,
high level and line level out, crossover
frequency control, phase switching and
speaker connections.
