PRIMER USO
» Antes de comenzar a utilizar el aparato
por primera vez, frote un poco de grasa o
aceite ligeramente sobre las superficies de
la sandwichera press y deje que el aparato
se caliente durante unos 10 minutos con
las parrillas cerradas. Esto eliminará el
olor que se emite comúnmente cuando se
utiliza una sandwichera press por primera
vez. Asegúrese de que haya suficiente
ventilación.
» A continuación, limpiar la sandwichera a
posteriori, tal y como se describe en la
sección “Limpieza y cuidado”.

CÓMO USAR LA PLANCHA DE
SANDWICH
» Inserte el enchufe en la toma de corriente.
Luz rojo se enciende.
» Ajuste el termostato a la temperatura
deseada.
» Después de un breve período de

calentamiento del aparato, estará listo
para su uso - este está indicado cuando el
termostato de luz verde se enciende. (Nota:
la luz roja permanecerá encendida mientras
el aparato está en funcionamiento, la luz
verde del termostato se encenderá de tanto

en tanto, lo que indica que el dispositivo se
está calentando).

» Abra la plancha de sandwich
» Colocar los sándwiches en la placa inferior
y cierre con cuidado la placa superior.
» Pulse ambas placas de cocción junto con el
mango.
» El tiempo de cocción es en general tres o
cuatro minutos, dependiendo del pan y la
presentación.
» Una vez terminado, abrir la placa superior
y sacar los sándwiches. Con el fin de
evitar daños en las placas no utilice
objetos afilados o puntiagudos al retirar los
sándwiches.
» Retire el enchufe de la toma de la pared
después de su uso.
CÓMO UTILIZAR EL 180º ABRIR LA
PARRILLA
» Abra el aparato en posición cerrada, de
manera que las placas estén en un ángulo
de 90 °.
» Presione la palanca de liberación de
bisagra y utilice con cuidado la palanca
para empujar la placa superior en el área

de la superficie.
» Asegúrese de que las dos placas estén al
mismo nivel.
» El aparato permanece en esta posición
hasta que se levante la empuñadura y la
placa superior hasta la posición cerrada.
» La parrilla es ideal para hacer
hamburguesas, verduras asadas y pollo al
disco.
» La grasa de lo que se cocine se recoge
en las bandejas recoge grasa para su
eliminación.
» Una vez terminado el proceso, desenchúfelo
y deje que se enfríe el aparato antes de
limpiarlo.
LIMPIEZA Y CUIDADO
» Antes de proceder a su limpieza, quitar
el tapón de la toma de corriente y espere
hasta que el aparato se haya enfriado con
las placas.
» Por razones de seguridad eléctrica, no
limpie el aparato con agua o cualquier otro
líquido
» Limpie el exterior con un paño suave
humedecido.
» Las placas con revestimiento antiadherente
también se pueden limpiar con un paño
húmedo suave o un cepillo suave.
» No utilice limpiadores abrasivos ni
estropajos.
» El cable de alimentación debe estar
envuelto alrededor de la parte inferior de la
base de almacenamiento.

» DALKYO ofrece una garantía de 2 años para
este producto desde la fecha de compra
contra defectos debidos a defectos de
materiales o mano de obra. El desperfecto
del motor debido a fluctuaciones de
tensión no está cubierto por la garantía.
Si el producto está defectuoso dentro del
período de
garantía, DALKYO lo repara
(a discreción de DALKYO) o sustituye de
forma gratuita.
» Las cláusulas de la garantía no cubren el
fracaso debido a un accidente, mal uso,
abuso, negligencia o incumplimiento de
las reglamentaciones locales por parte
del usuario. Igualmente, las cláusulas
de la garantía no se aplicarán cuando el
aparato ha sido atendido por una persona
autorizada por DALKYO o servicio con
piezas no autorizadas, lo que ha contribuido
a la avería del producto. Si los modelos
averiados no están en stock se buscará
un equivalente de reemplazo o bien podrá
ser reparado o (a discreción e DALKYO)
remplazarlo por otro producto de valor de
reventa.
AL MOMENTO DE LA COMPRA
Rellene la tarjeta de registro de la garantía
original con el sello del distribuidor
autorizado (que indica la fecha de la
compra) y adjuntar su recibo de compra.
Conservar en caso de reclamaciones en el
futuro.
CÓMO HACER UNA RECLAMACIÓN
Llevar el producto defectuoso junto con
la tarjeta de registro de garantía y factura
de compra a su centro de servicio local.
Puede hacer esto en persona o enviar
con portes pagados. Si envía por correo
el producto, asegúrese de eliminar toda
el agua y embalar con cuidado en un
cartón resistente con suficiente material de
empaque para evitar daños. Incluya una
nota describiendo el problema al
servicio
técnico y asegúrese de darle los datos del
remitente. Por favor, no envíe el aparato a
menos que se le haya pedido que lo haga
por equipo de servicio.

INITIAL USE
» Before you start using the appliance for
the first time, grease the non-stick coated
cooking plates lightly with a small amount
of oil or fat, and let the appliance heat up for
about 10 minutes with the cooking places
closed. This will remove the smell typically
encountered when first switching on a
sandwich toaster. Please ensure sufficient
ventilation.
» Then, clean the sandwich toaster
afterwards as described in “Cleaning and
Care”.

HOW TO USE YOUR
SANDWICH PRESS
» Insert the plug into the wall socket. Both
pilot lights will turn on.
» Set the thermostat to the desired
temperature.
» After short warm up period the sandwich
press will be ready for use – this is indicated
when the green thermostat light switches
off. (Note: the red light will remain switched
on while the appliance is operating; the
green thermostat light will go on every
now and then, indicating that the device is
heating up).
» Open the sandwich press
» Place the prepared sandwiches on the
lower cooking plate and gently close the
upper cooking plate.
» Press both cooking plates together by using
the handle.
» The cooking time is general three to four
minutes, depending on the bread and filing.

» Once finished, open the sandwich press
and take out the sandwiches. In order to

prevent the non-stick cooking plates from
being damaged do not use sharp or pointed
objects while removing the sandwiches.
» Remove the plug from the wall socket after
use.
HOW TO USE YOUR 180º
OPEN GRILL
» Open the appliance from closed sandwich
press position, so that the plates are at a
90º angle.
» Press the Hinge Release Lever and gently
use the handle to push the upper plate onto
the surface area.
» Make sure that both plates are level.
» The appliance will stay in this position until
you lift the handle and upper plate to the
closed position.
» The open grill is ideal for making
hamburgers, grilled vegetables and
barbecued chicken.
» As you cook, grease is collected into the
Grease Trays for disposal.
» Once finished, unplug and allow the
appliance to cool before cleaning.
CLEANING AND CARE
» Before cleaning, remove the plug from the
wall socket and wait until the appliance has
cooled down with the cooking plates open.
» For reasons of electrical safety, do not
clean the appliance with water or any other
liquid
» Clean the outside with a soft damp cloth
only.
» The non-stick coated plates can also be
cleaned with a soft damp cloth or a soft

brush.
» Do not use harsh abrasive cleaners or
scouring pads.
» The power cord should be wrapped around
the bottom of the base for storing.

WARRANTY
» DALKYO provides a 2 year Warranty for
this product from the date of purchase
against defects due to defective materials
or workmanship. Motor/element burn-outs
due to voltage fluctuations are not covered
under warranty. If the product should
become defective within the warranty
period, DALKYO will repair ( at DALKYO’s
discretion) replace it free of charge.
» The warranty provisions do not cover the
failure due to accident, misuse, abuse,
negligence or non-observation of local
regulations on the part of the user. Equally,
the warranty provisions do not apply
where the appliance has been serviced
by a person authorized by DALKYO or
serviced with non-approved parts and this
has contributed to the fault of the product.
Superseded models without a replacement
equivalent will either be repaired or (at
DALKYO’s discretion) replaced with
another product of similar retail value.
