The appliance is equipped 1 cooling fan which comes into operation a few
minutes after the oven is switched on.
Operation of the fan generates a normal air flow which comes out between the
control panel and the oven door and may continue for a short time even after the
oven is turned off.
4. BEFORE FIRST USE
Do not leave the packing in the home environment. Separate the various waste materials and take
them to the nearest special garbage collection centre.
Before using the oven for the first time, pre-heat it to maximum temperature long enough to burn any
manufacturing oily residues which could give the food a bad taste.
HOW TO PROCEED
Remove all the accessories from the inside of the oven.
Remove all the removable label and any protective foils from the outside and the inside of the oven.
To switch on the oven at first use or after a power black-out, simply press the programmer central key
for 1 to 2 seconds to enable cooking in the large oven. The small oven does not require any specific
switch-on procedures: simply turn the thermostat knob to any setting.

The buzzer that sounds at the end of each programming will be made up of 10 buzzes repeated 3
times at intervals of about 1 minute. This sequence can be stopped at any time by pressing any key.
5.1 Setting the time
When the oven is used for the first time, or after an interruption in the electricity supply, the display
flashes at regular intervals. Press the key
seconds; the current time can now be set. Press the value modification keys
to stop the display flashing. Press key again for 2
or to increase or
decrease the setting by one minute for each pressure.
Press one of the two value modification keys until the current time appears. Five seconds after last
pressing the key, the clock will start from the set time.
5.2 Timer
This function only activates the buzzer, without stopping cooking.
- Press and the display will light up as shown in figure 1;
- Within 5 seconds press key
or to set the timer. Each time a key is
pressed, an outer segment representing 1 minute of cooking is lit or switched
off (figure 2 shows 1 hour and 10 minutes).
- Five seconds after last pressing the key the countdown begins, at the end of
which the buzzer activates.
- The current time can be viewed during the countdown by pressing key
once,
press the key again to return to the timer display.
- At the end of the countdown the oven must be stopped manually by turning the
thermostat knob and the function selector knob to 0.

5.3 Programming

thermostat must be turned to the desired cooking temperature and the function selector knob to any
setting. To set the cooking duration, proceed as follows:
- Press key ; the pointer will go to position 12 and the adjacent symbol
will flash (Fig. 1).

or key to set the cooking duration: each pressure on the
key adds 1 minute to the cooking duration, and every 12 minutes a new
inside segment will light up (figure 2 shows a cooking duration of 1 hour).

illuminated segments, and the minutes left to the end of the cooking time,

start to flash, indicating that the oven has started cooking.
- At the end of the cooking time the timer will switch the oven heating elements off, the beeps will
start to sound and the numbers on the dial will flash.
- To delete the entire set program, hold down the central key
for 2 seconds; if cooking has
already started, the oven will have to be switched off manually.
- Here we can see a programming example: the current time is 7:06 and
cooking is programmed to start at 8.00 and end at 9.00.
- At 8 o'clock the inside segments between 8 and 9 will start to flash, while the
hours hand will remain still.
Warning: for the oven to start cooking operations after the programming procedures described above,
the thermostat and function selector knob must be correctly set to the desired temperature and
function.

alarm will sound. After switching off the alarm, the display will once again show the right time together

13. CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
CLEANING
Before performing any operations requiring access to powered parts, switch off the power
supply to the machine.
13.1 Cleaning stainless steel
To keep stainless steel in good condition it should be cleaned regularly after use. Let it cool
first.
13.1.0 Ordinary Daily Cleaning
To clean and preserve the stainless steel surfaces, always use only specific products that do not
contain abrasives or bleach.
How to use: pour the product on a damp cloth and wipe the surface, rinse thoroughly and dry with a
soft cloth or chamois leather.
13.1.1 Food stains or residues
Use normal non-abrasive products for steel, and a wooden or plastic tool if necessary.
Rinse thoroughly and dry with a soft cloth or chamois leather.
Do not allow residues of sugary foods (such as jam) to set inside the oven. If left to set for
too long, they might damage the enamel lining of the oven.
13.2 Cleaning of the oven (without self-cleaning panels)
For best oven upkeep clean regularly after having allowed to cool. Take out all removable
parts.
The oven is equipped with continuous self-cleaning enamelled liners.
Periodically, to prevent food residues and unpleasant smells from accumulating inside the oven, the
The liners should not be cleaned with abrasive creams or ordinary detergents. Use a damp sponge
• DO NOT USE A STEAM JET FOR CLEANING THE INSIDE OF THE OVEN.
• Clean the oven grill and side guides with hot water and non-abrasive detergent. Rinse and dry.
• The oven should be operated at the maximum temperature for about 15/20 minutes after using
specific products, to eliminate the residues deposited inside the oven.
•For easier cleaning, the door can be removed (see P. 12.6 / 12.7)
13.3 Cleaning of the oven (with self-cleaning panels – Only on some models)
13.3.2 Self-cleaning liners
These liners make the oven easier to clean and ensure its efficiency over time.
13.3.3 Using the self-cleaning liners
appliance should be operated empty at temperatures of not less than 200°C for a time varying from 30
to 60 minutes, in order to allow the self-cleaning liners to oxidise the residues present. When the oven
has cooled, these will then be removed with a damp sponge

4. Remove the back panel “A” after undoing the threaded ring-nut “B” (fig. 2).
5. Reassemble the panels, restoring them to their original position.

13.3.6 Assembling the self-cleaning liners (small oven)
1. Remove all accessories from the oven;
2. Remove the side runners and self-cleaning liner together by lifting out the pin A and extracting the
runners from the holes B on the bottom of the oven (fig.1);
3. Separate the self-cleaning liner from the runners by removing the runner pin from the slot in the
liner (Point C in fig. 2) and extracting the two runner pins from the holes in the bottom of the liner
(Point D of fig. 2);
4. Remove the liner which rests on the bottom of the oven by unscrewing the screw E and removing it
from the fixing pin (fig. 3).
5. Reassemble the panels, restoring them to their original position.

13.4 Removing door
With the door completely open, lift the levers A until they touch the hinges B and take hold of the two

sides of the door with both hands close to the hinges. Raise the door to an angle of about 45° and
remove it. If the hinges have not locked, repeat the operation, raising the levers and keeping the door
slightly raised. To reassemble, fit the hinges B into their grooves, then lower the door into place,
ensuring that it remains fitted into the grooves C.

The door glass should always be kept clean.
13.5 Door glass
For easier cleaning, the glass parts of the door can be fully removed by proceeding as described
below.
After opening the door and locking it in place with at least one of the hinges (see point 13.4 Removing
door), remove the two panes of glass.
The first pane is removed in two steps: first slide it along, leaving it resting on the door frame (1) and
then lift it out (2).The second pane must first be removed from the seat “A” (see detail) by slighting it
out a few centimetres. Then also free it from the seat “B”.
If the door should close during these operations, simply relock one of the hinges as described in point
"13.4 Removing door".
The panes of glass can now be washed separately.
Use absorbent kitchen paper to clean. In case of tough spots, clean with a damp sponge using regular
detergent. This oven door is air cooled. Care should be taken not to use excess moisture for cleaning,
and avoid spillage through the vents.
Warning: before removing the panes of glass, make sure that the door has been locked in open
position as described in point 13.4 Removing door. This operation might have to be repeated during
the removal process if the door is accidentally freed.

Remove the bulb protector A by turning anticlockwise and
change bulb B with a similar one. Re-fit the bulb protector A.
Only use oven bulbs (T 300°C).
13.7 Oven door seal
removing the seal, take off the door as described above. Once the door has been
taken off, lift the tabs at the corners as shown in the figure.
After cleaning, refit the seal with the longer side horizontal and insert the tabs into
the appropriate holes starting from the top ones.

The oven is designed for installing into any piece of furniture as long as heat-resistant. Follow the

dimensions given in Figure 1-2-3. Tighten the four screws A inside the frame to secure (Fig. 1-3). For
the installation procedure shown in figure 1, ensures that the cabinet has the opening B.
Before completely building in the oven, remove the side handles which might cause unpleasant
vibrations and noise during normal operation of the oven.
If installing below a hob, a minimum worktop depth of 40 mm is recommended.
Never use the oven door to lever the oven into place when fitting.
Avoid exerting too much pressure on the oven door when open.
