Beachten Sie folgende Ergänzungen zur Installationsanleitung des SMA Bluetooth Piggy-Back, bevor
Sie das SMA Bluetooth Piggy-Back installieren.

Vor dem Einbau des SMA Bluetooth Piggy-Back eine freie NetID ermitteln

SMA Solar Technology empfielt vor dem Einbau der Kommunikationsschnittstelle zuerst eine freie
NetID mit einem mobilen Kommunikationsgerät (z. B. Sunny Beam mit Bluetooth oder mit einem
Laptop mit Bluetooth und der Software Sunny Explorer) zu ermitteln. Wie Sie eine Freie NetID
ermitteln entnehmen Sie der entsprechenden Anleitung des Kommunikationsprodukts.

Inbetriebnahme einer Bluetooth PV-Anlage immer nur mit 1 Master.

Führen Sie die Inbetriebnahme einer Bluetooth PV-Anlage immer nur mit 1 Master (z. B.
Sunny Beam mit Bluetooth, Sunny Explorer) durch. Sobald das Bluetooth Netzwerk
besteht, können Sie weitere Master in das Bluetooth Netzwerk einbinden.

Sunny Beam mit Bluetooth und SMA Bluetooth Repeater

Der Sunny Beam mit Bluetooth und der SMA Bluetooth Repeater können keine Bluetooth
Geräte erfassen, bei denen NetID 1 eingestellt ist. Es sind nur NetIDs von 2 bis 9 und A
bis F möglich.

Hinweis zum Einbau der Kommunikationsschnittstelle

Beachten Sie folgende Ergänzung zum Einbau der Kommunikationsschnittstelle:

• Das Entfernen der Widerstände bei Wechselrichtern vom Typ SWR ist nicht erforderlich.

• Achten Sie beim Einbau der
Kommunikationsschnittstelle darauf, dass die
Kommunikationsschnittstelle linksbündig auf dem
Schnittstellen-Steckplatz gesteckt ist. Bei der
unteren kurzen Pin-Reihe bleiben die ganz rechten
Pins frei.

Take note of the following additions to the installation guide of the SMA Bluetooth Piggy-Back, before
you install the SMA Bluetooth Piggy-Back.

Determine a free NetID before installation of the SMA
Bluetooth Piggy-Back

SMA Solar Technology recommends the determination of a free NetID using a mobile
communications device (e.g. Sunny Beam with Bluetooth or a laptop with Bluetooth and the Sunny
Explorer software) before installation of the communication interface. To find out how to determine a
free NetID please refer to the relevant instructions of the communications product.

Commissioning of a Bluetooth PV system always with 1 master only.

Always carry out the commissioning of a Bluetooth PV system with only 1 master (e.g.
Sunny Beam with Bluetooth, Sunny Explorer). You may integrate further masters into the
Bluetooth Network as soon as the Bluetooth network exists.

Sunny Beam with Bluetooth and SMA Bluetooth Repeater

The Sunny Beam with Bluetooth and the SMA Bluetooth Repeater can not register any
Bluetooth devices which are set to NetID 1. Only NetIDs from 2 to 9 and from A to F are
possible.

Information for the installation of the communication
interface

Take note of the following additions to the installation of the communication interface:

• The removal of the resistors from inverters of the type SWR is not necessary.

• During installation of the communication interface,
