General Safety Warnings

* Before using the kettle, please read these warnings thoroughly.
* Please keep the use manual, warranty certificate, bill of sale and packaging materials.
* This kettle is designed for intended commercial use and only suitable for personal use.
* The kettle should be off and disconnected from electric socket if not in use. Do not
grasp the cable but the plug when disconnecting the kettle.
* Always turn off the kettle before cleaning it.
* Keep the kettle in a place where children cannot reach. Do not leave the kettle near
children alone.
* This appliance should not be used by physically, sensually or mentally handicapped
ones (including children) without supervision of someone who can undertake the
responsibility for safety but by the ones who are sufficiently informed and experienced
about the use.
Close supervision is required to ensure that children don't play with the appliance.

* Check the kettle and its cable regularly for any damage. Check the kettle, and ensure that it
runs properly. In case of any damage or lack of proper running, disconnect the appliance from
the mains immediately.
* Do not attempt to repair the kettle, because it should be repaired only by authorised and
qualified service personnel.
* Do not subject the kettle and its cable directly to sunlight, water, moist, sharp edges or similar
factors.
* Only use original accessories, and never try to connect inappropriate products.
* Do not use the kettle outdoor.
* The base unit and the outer part of the kettle are not waterproof so always keep them dry.
* Never immerse or contact the kettle into water or other liquid. Do not touch the kettle with
wet or damp hands. In case the kettle gets wet or damp, immediately disconnect its plug from
socket.
* NEVER touch water inside the kettle.
* Always use the kettle for intended use.
* The kettle should be used only with the provided base unit.
* To avoid any risk hazards, a damaged power cable must be changed by the manufacturer,
service organization or a likewise qualified technician.
* Warning: In case the kettle is overfilled, boiling water may splash out of it.
* To make the lifetime of the kettle longer, please do not fill water when the kettle is hot. Please
allow some time for it to cool down before reusing or cleaning. Please clean mineral residues
in the kettle regularly. Do not use chemicals to clean the surface of the kettle.
* * This appliance should not be used by physically, sensually or mentally handicapped ones
(including children) without supervision or order of someone who can undertake the responsibility
and protection for safety.
* * The children should be supervised to avoid them from playing with the appliance.
* * This appliance is for use in home and similar environments:
* - in personnel kitchen areas in shops, offices or other working areas;
* - in farm houses;
* - by customers in hotels, motels or other accommodation units;
* - in places supplying rooms and breakfast service.
* * Save these instructions.
* * This appliance can be used by physically, sensually or mentally handicapped ones as well
as by children under 8 years old only provided that they are supervised or ordered by someone
who can undertake the responsibility and protection for safety. Children should not tamper with
the appliance. In case they are not older than 8 years old or unsupervised, children should not
clean or maintain the kettle.
* Keep the appliance and its cable from the reach of children aged <8.
* The device is designed for operating with a separate control system or external timer.

Safety Warnings Specific To Kettle

* Fill the appliance only with cold water.
* Water level should be between levels marked by MAX and MIN!
* Shut the kettle off before removing it from the base unit.

* Make sure the lid is tightly closed.
* The base unit and outer part of the kettle must not get damp.
* The kettle body should be used only with its base unit.

First Use of Kettle

* Before using the kettle for the first time, fill it with only cold water and boil twice.

1. Fill the kettle with water. Do not overfill it.

2. Place the kettle on the base unit.

3. Power connection

* Ensure that the voltage of the power supply the kettle will be connected is the same as the
appliance voltage. Related information is provided on the label on the base unit.
* Plug the kettle in a 220-240V, 50/60Hz socket mounted properly.
Move the on-off button to lower position. The button light means that water boils when it comes
on.

4. The kettle is automatically turned off after boiling.
Disconnect the kettle from power socket.
Do not open the cover when pouring the water.
In case the kettle is overfilled, boiling water may splash out of it.
The kettle should be used only with the provided base unit.

5. This appliance is intended for domestic use or similar uses specified as follows:

- shops, offices or personnel lounges in such workplaces;

- farm houses;

- by customers in hotels, motels or other accommodation units;

- facilities supplying rooms and breakfast service.

DURING TRANSPORTATION AND HANDLING

• Do not drop the product,

• Protect from impacts,

• Ensure it doesn't get crushed or squeezed,

• Observe the marks on the packaging,
Unplug the power cord when you don't use the appliance.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

Disconnect the kettle from power socket before cleaning!
Clean the outer side of the kettle using a wet cloth and without using any cleaning agent if
required.
The filter is built-in and can be cleaned easily.
