Kettle’› ilk kez kullanmaya bafllamadan önce afla¤›da aç›klanan ifllemi birkaç kez
tekrarlaman›z ve bu ifllemde kullan›lan suyu dökmeniz tavsiye edilir. Bu ifllem, cihaz
içerisinde üretim süreci s›ras›nda oluflan kir ve tozu temizlemenizi sa¤layacakt›r.

1. Kapa¤› yukar› do¤ru çekerek aç›n›z ve kettle içerisine su doldurunuz. Su kaynamaya
bafllad›¤›nda kettle’›n otomatik olarak kapanabilmesi için kapa¤› kapat›n›z. Alternatif
olarak, kettle’›n a¤›z k›sm›ndan da su doldurabilirsiniz.

3. Dü¤meyi “1” konumuna getiriniz, gösterge lambas› yanacakt›r. Su ›s›nmaya
bafllayacakt›r. Su kaynarken kapa¤› açmay›n›z.

4. Su kaynad›ktan sonra güç otomatik olarak kesilecektir ve dü¤me “0” konumuna
gelecektir. Gösterge lambas› sönecektir.

5. Kettle’› taban ünitesinden kald›rarak kaynatma ifllemini istedi¤iniz zaman
durdurabilirsiniz.

UYARI:

- Cihaz› kesinlikle içinde su yokken çal›flt›rmay›n›z. Bu durumun meydana gelmesi halinde
kettle içerisindeki termik emniyet tertibat› gücü otomatik olarak kesecektir. Cihaz›n fiflini
çekiniz ve tamamen so¤umas›n› bekleyiniz.

- Hafllanma tehlikesine maruz kalmamak için cihaz çal›fl›rken kesinlikle paslanmaz çelik

IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS

When using electrical appliance, the following basic safety precautions should always
be followed:

1. Read all instructions.

2. Before use please check that the voltage power corresponds to the one shown on the

appliance nameplate.

3. Unplug from outlet when not in use and before cleaning. Be sure the appliance is cool
before cleaning.

4. Do not let cord hang over edge of that table or counter, or touch hot surface.

5. Place the appliance on a flat surface. Do not place on heated surfaces.

6. To protect against electric shock, do not immerse cord, plug, power base and kettle

in water or other liquid.

7. Close supervision is necessary when any appliance is used by or near children.

8. Do not touch hot surface. Use handle or knobs only.

9. Do not operate any appliance with a damaged cord or plug or after the appliance

malfunctions. Return the appliance to the nearest authorized service center for examination,
repair or adjustment.

10. If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer or its service
agent or a similarly qualified person in order to avoid a hazard.

11. Do not use outdoors.

12. Do not use the appliance for other than intended use.

13. The kettle can only use with the stand provided.

14. If the kettle is overfilled, boiling water may be ejected.

OPERATION

It is recommended that operate the kettle several times following the below instruction
and discard off the water before first use. This will remove the material or dust remained
in the appliance which is caused by the manufacturing process.

1. Open the lid by pulling the Lid upwards and fill water into the kettle. Then replace the
lid otherwise the kettle could not be cut off power automatically after water being boiled.
Alternatively the water can be filled through the spout.
Caution: the filled water level must be between the Max and Min levels as indicated on
the housing. Too less water will do damage to the heat element and if the water is
overfilled, boiling water may be ejected.

2. Replace the kettle on the Power Base and connect to power supply. Position the kettle
so that the spout of kettle is facing away from you.

3. Press down the switch to “1” position and the lamp will be illuminated. And water
begins to be heated up. Do not remove the lid while the water is boiling.

4. Power will be cut off automatically and switch will be back to “0” position once water
has been boiled. And the lamp will be off.

5. The boiling process can be terminated at any time by lifting the kettle off the Power
Base.

CAUTION:

- Never operate the appliance empty. In the event of this case occurred, the thermal cut­off inside the kettle would operate to cut off power automatically. Unplug the appliance
and let it completely cool down.

- Never touch the stainless housing during operation as scalding may occur.

CLEANING & MAINTENANCE

1. Remove the plug from wall outlet and let the appliance completely cool down before

cleaning.

2. Do not immerse power cord, kettle and Power Base in water.

3. In order to maintain the polish of the stainless steel surface, never use abrasive cleaner

to wipe the housing.

4. Periodical descaling is needed. The interval of descaling depends on the hardness of
water in your living area and the frequency your using the kettle.

5. The Filter can be detached for easier cleaning simply by pulling it out. To attach, insert
the Filter into the support dent.

6. Do not attempt to dismantle the kettle or power base. No user serviceable parts inside
it. For any problem, contact the authorized service facility for help.

CONSIGNES IMPORTANTES DE SÉCURITÉ

Vous devez absolument prendre en considération les précautions principales de sécurité
citées ci-dessous lors de l’utilisation des appareils électriques.

1.Lisez les instructions en entier.

2.Avant de commencer à utiliser l’appareil, contrôlez si voltage du réseau correspond

bien au niveau du voltage indiqué sur l’étiquette du produit.

3.L’appareil doit être débranché lorsqu’il n’est pas utilisé ou avant d’être nettoyé. Attendez
que l’appareil refroidisse avant de le nettoyer.

4.Veillez à ce que le cordon ne pende pas du bord de la table ou de l’établi ou qu’il ne
soit pas en contact avec des surfaces chaudes.

5.Installez l’appareil sur une surface plate. Ne posez pas l’appareil sur des surfaces
chaudes.

6.Pour éviter de subir un choc électrique, n’immergez pas le cordon, la fiche électrique
ou l’unité de semelle et la bouilloire dans l’eau ou dans tout autre liquide.

7.Soyez très prudent lorsqu’un appareil quelconque est utilisé par ou près des enfants.

8.Ne contactez pas la surface chaude. Saisissez uniquement des poignées ou des manches.

9.Ne tentez pas d’utiliser un appareil dont le cordon d’alimentation ou la fiche électrique

est détériorée ou un appareil qui ne fonctionne pas normalement. Remettez-le au centre
de service agréé pour examen, réparation ou opération d’ajustement.

10.En cas de dysfonctionnement du cordon d’alimentation, afin d’éviter les dangers ; le
cordon doit être remplacé par le fabricant, l’autorisé de service ou une personne similaire
autorisée.

11. N’utilisez pas dans des espaces libres.

12. N’utilisez pas l’appareil à des fins autres que celles pour les quelles il est conçu.

13. La bouilloire doit être utilisée uniquement avec l’unité de base fournie avec.

14. Dans le cas où la bouilloire est excessivement remplie, l’eau bouillante peut gicler

dehors.

15. Cet appareil n’est pas prévu pour être utilisé par des personnes (y compris les enfants)
dont les capacités physiques, sensorielles ou mentales sont réduites, ou des personnes

16. Il convient de bien surveiller les enfants pour s’assurer qu’ils ne jouent pas avec
l’appareil.

17. Conservez ce manuel.

EMPLOI :

Avant de commencer à utiliser l’appareil pour la première fois, il est conseillé de répéter
plusieurs fois l’opération décrite ci-dessous et de déversez l’eau utilisée lors de cette
opération. Cette opération vous permettra de nettoyer les saletés et les poussières qui
se produisent à l’intérieur de l’appareil au cours de la production.

1.Ouvrez le couvercle en le tirant vers le haut et remplissez de l’eau dans la bouilloire.
Fermez le couvercle pour que la bouilloire puisse s’arrêter automatiquement lorsque
l’eau aura commencé à bouillir. Comme alternatif, vous pouvez aussi remplir de l’eau
par la partie du bec de la bouilloire.
Attention : La quantité d’eau remplie dans l’appareil doit être entre les niveaux indiqués
avec les signes de Max. et Min. Dans le cas où vous mettez moins d'eau que nécessaire
dans la bouilloire, l'élément chauffant peut faire panne, et dans le cas où vous mettez
plus d'eu que nécessaire, l'eau qui bout peut gicler à l'extérieur de l'appareil.

2.Installez la bouilloire sur l’unité de semelle et branchez la fiche électrique à la prise
de courant. Positionnez l’appareil de façon à ce que le bec verseur soit loin de vous.

3.Positionnez le bouton sur « 1 », la lampe indicatrice va s’allumer. L’eau commencera
à s’échauffer. Ne soulevez pas le couvercle lorsque l’eau bout.

4.Une fois que l’eau aura bouilli, l’alimentation sera automatiquement coupée et le
bouton se positionnera sur « 0 ». La lampe indicatrice va s’éteindre.

5.Vous pouvez arrêter l’opération d’ébullition lorsque vous le souhaitez en soulevant la
bouilloire de l’unité de semelle.

AVERTISSEMENT :

- Ne faites jamais marcher l’appareil lorsqu’il ne se trouve pas d’eau à l’intérieur. Dans
un cas pareil, le dispositif thermique de sécurité se trouvant à l'intérieur de la bouilloire
arrêtera automatiquement l’alimentation. Débranchez la fiche électrique de l’appareil
et attendez qu’il refroidisse complètement.

- Pour ne pas vous ébouillanter, ne contactez jamais le corps en acier inoxydable pendant
que l’appareil est en marche.

NETTOYAGE ET ENTRETIEN

1.Avant de démarrer l’opération de nettoyage, débranchez la fiche électrique de la prise

de courant et attendez que l’appareil refroidisse complètement.

2.N’immergez pas le cordon d’alimentation, la bouilloire et l’unité de semelle dans l’eau.
