EXTERIOR Heavy-duty top, 300 series, 16 gauge stainless steel with 1/2" high marine edge to prevent spills. Stainless steel

front and sides.

INTERIOR 300 series stainless steel floor. Aluminum sides and top. Coved corners and finished edges for ease of cleaning.

INSULATION Environmentally friendly polyurethane foamed-in-place insulation for maximum strength and durability.

DRAWERS Full extension drawers with drawer slides welded to 12-gauge stainless steel framework. This premier slide and

framework construction promotes lateral stability while offering high dynamic load capacities and a stay-shut
feature. All drawers accommodate 12" x 20" x 6" deep hotel pans and 6" deep fractional pans. Drawers lift out
for cleaning.

CASTERS Models SKRCB50H and SKRCB60H have four casters and models SKRCB79H and SKRCB84H have six casters.

REFRIGERATION R134a hermetically sealed, high efficiency, self contained refrigeration system features automatic defrost and

forced air circulation. Ultra-efficient system results in lower operating temperatures and high-energy savings.
Adjustable temperature control and exterior mounted digital temperature indicator are standard features.
Automatic condensate evaporator means no plumbing is required. Evaporator coil is coated to prevent corrosion
and is rear mounted to provide even cooling throughout the cabinet. Condensing unit slides out the front of the
unit for servicing.

ELECTRICAL Standard 115 volt, 60 hertz, single phase. 7-foot power cord with NEMA 5-15 plug.
