Introducing the Hi-Speed USB 4-Port PCIe
The DP Hi-Speed USB 4-Port PCIe adds 4 high-speed USB
2.0 ports to your system.
Compliant with USB specifications revision 2.0
Installs into standard height or low profile system chassis with the included brackets
Supports simultaneous operation of multiple high-speed USB 2.0 and USB 1.1 devices
Supports high-speed (480Mbps), full-speed (12Mbps), and low-speed (1.5Mbps) data transfer modes
User friendly hot-swapping feature allows you to attach/remove USB devices without turning off your system
Note: USB 1.1 devices are limited to USB 1.1 speeds even when they are connected to USB 2.0 host adapters or USB 2.0 hubs.

Hardware Installation
Note: For low profile systems, remove the currently mounted bracket and install the spare low profile bracket.
General instructions for installing the card are provided below. Since the design of computer cases and motherboards vary, refer to your computer’s reference manual for further information, if needed.
Static Electricity Discharge may permanently damage your system. Discharge any static electricity build up in your body by touching your computer's case for a few seconds. Avoid any contact with internal parts and handle card only by their external edges.

1. Turn OFF the power to your computer and any other connected peripheral device.
2. Unplug the power cord and remove the computer cover.
3. Remove the slot bracket from an available PCIe slot.
4. Carefully align the card to the selected PCIe slot, push the board down firmly, but gently, until it is well seated.
5. Replace the slot bracket holding screw to secure the card.
6. Replace the computer cover and reconnect the power cord.
Windows Driver Installation
Windows 7, Windows Vista, XP Service Pack 1 or later, Server 2003 & 2008, and 2000 Service Pack 4 have built-in driver support for this controller. Just install the board and Windows will automatically detect and install the correct drivers for it. No additional driver is necessary.
To Verify Windows Installation
1. Check Device Manage to verify installation. For Windows 7: Right click Computer, click Manage,
then click Device Manager.
For Windows Vista: Right click Computer, click Manage, click Continue, then click Device Manager.
For Windows XP / Server 2003 / 2000: Right click My Computer, click Manage, then click Device Manager.
For Windows Server 2008: Right click Computer, click Manage, double click Diagnostics, then click Device Manager.
