FRONT SIGHT ADJUSTMENT

AJUSTAR LA VISTA FRONTAL

The new and improved SIG SAUER® SP2022 sight
tool will work on the SP2022 series of pistols. This
new tool has a black hard coat anodize finish to
distinguish it from previous models. The standard
model is shipped with an adjustment head that will
work ONLY on the SP2022 9mm. For .40S&W and
.357SIG calibers, a separate adjustment head is
required that is marked with the number 40.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

To adjust front sight:

1. Center adjustment head above the window.

2. Install the slide on the locking plate through
the front side of the tool and push the slide in
until the back of the spring box makes contact
with the spring box cutout in the tool.

3. Depending upon the direction of desired sight
adjustment, move the slide right or left until
it bears against the rounded face above the
angled surface of the cutout window and
tighten the locking plate.

4. Turn the handle to adjust the front sight in the
direction desired.

REAR SIGHT ADJUSTMENT

La nueva y mejorada herramienta para ajustar la
mira para la SIG Sauer SP2022 se adaptará bien a la
serie de pistolas SP2022. Esta nueva herramienta
tiene un recubrimiento duro negro anodizado para
distinguirla de los modelos anteriores. El modelo
estándar se entrega con una cabeza de ajuste
que SOLO funcionará en el SP2022 9mm. Para los
modelos .40 de S & W y .357SIG, se requiere una

INSTRUCCIONES DE USO

Para ajustar la mira frontal:

1. Centre la cabeza de ajuste por encima de la
ventana.

To adjust rear sight:

1. Center adjustment head above the window.

2. Install the slide on the locking plate through
the back side of the tool and push the slide
in until the rear sight is centered in the
adjustment head.

3. Depending upon the direction of desired sight
adjustment, move the slide right or left until it
bears against the angled surface of the cutout
window and tighten the locking plate.

4. Turn the handle to adjust the rear sight in the
direction desired.

To install .40S&W/.357SIG adjustment head:

1. Remove locknut from right side of threaded
shaft.

2. Unscrew shaft from 9mm adjustment head and
replace with .40S&W/.357SIG adjustment head.

3. Re-install locknut until snug, then back off 1/4
turn to allow for smooth movement.

Maintenance

There are no special lubrication or maintenance
steps for this product. Oil impregnated bronze
bushings have been incorporated at both sides of
the tool resulting in less vertical play, increasing the
smoothness of operation, and eliminating the need
for oiling both ends of the shaft prior to each use.

Para ajustar la mira trasera:

1. Centre la cabeza de ajuste por encima de la
ventana.

2. Instale el deslizador sobre la placa de bloqueo

2. Desatornille la canaleta de la cabeza de ajuste
de 9 mm. y reemplácela con la cabeza de
ajuste .40 S & W/.357SIG.

3. Vuelva a instalar la contratuerca hasta que se
apriete, y después devuélvase un cuarto de
vuelta para permitir suaves movimientos.

Mantenimiento

No se requiere de lubricación ni mantenimiento
para este producto. Se ha incorporado bujes de
bronce impregnados en aceite a ambos lados
de la mira, con lo que se logra menos juego
vertical, aumentando la suavidad de la operación
y eliminando la necesidad de lubricar ambos
extremos de la canaleta antes de su uso.

SIG SAUER® warrants that the enclosed accessory was originally manufactured free of defects in material, workmanship and
mechanical function, and agrees to correct these defects by repair, adjustment or replacement, at the option of SIG SAUER, with
items of the same or comparable quality; provided, however, that the accessory is returned freight prepaid to SIG SAUER at 18
Industrial Drive, Exeter, NH 03833 by the original purchaser within one year of the date of purchase.
This limited warranty is null and void if the accessory has been misused, damaged (by accident or otherwise), or if unauthorized
repair or any alteration, including of a cosmetic nature, has been performed on the accessory. This limited warranty does not apply
to normal wear and tear of any parts.
Subject to the foregoing, this limited warranty confers the right to have the covered accessory or its parts repaired, adjusted or
replaced exclusively by the original purchaser, which right is not transferable to any other person. NO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF ANY
KIND, INCLUDING THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE MADE HEREIN, and this
warranty does not apply to any accessory items attached or appurtenant to this accessory. In no event shall SIG SAUER be liable for
incidental or consequential damages arising from or in connection with this limited warranty.
