So starten Sie Ihren ACTIVO:

Zunächst schalten Sie das Gerät mit einem
langen Tastendruck an. Es erscheint ON auf
dem Display.

Bitte laden Sie das Gerät vollständig auf.
Die Ladedauer beträgt maximal 2 Stunden.

Hierzu benutzen Sie bitte nur das dafür
vorgesehene Ladegerät.

Befestigen Sie die Klammer folgendermaßen:

Danach wird der Ladevorgang durch eine
blinkende LED angezeigt:

Während des Ladens ist Ihr ACTIVO deaktiviert.
Wenn Ihr ACTIVO vollständig aufgeladen ist,
leuchtet die LED permanent:

Anhand der Symbolik im Display, können Sie den
Batteriestatus ablesen:

41 - 60 %

81 - 100 %

Hinweis Batteriekapazität:

Wenn Ihr ACTIVO weniger als 20 % Batterie­kapazität hat, blinkt die Batterieanzeige 5 mal.
Der Warnhinweis erscheint einmal pro Stunde in
Ihrem Display.

Hinweis ACTIV App:

Die ACTIV App wird benötigt, um den ACTIVO
benutzen zu können.

– Für iOS ab iPhone 4S: Die APP ist im
Apple App Store als SIGMA ACTIV App frei
verfügbar.

Hinweis Tagesziele:

10.000 Schritte gelten als ein guter Wert für die
langfristige und nachhaltige Verbesserung der
Gesundheit eines Menschen.
Der ACTIVO setzt standardmäßig als Tagesziel
die Erreichung der 10.000 Schritte und belohnt
dies mit „Gold“. Auf dem Weg zum Ziel motiviert
der ACTIVO über Zwischenziele:
– bei 50 % = 5.000 Schritte mit „Bronze“ und
– bei 75 % = 7.500 Schritte mit „Silber“.
Der ACTIVO erkennt aus bestimmten Bewegungs­mustern über einen integrierten 3-achsigen
Beschleunigungssensor die Schritte des Nutzers.
Im Schlafmodus zeichnet der ACTIVO das Schlaf­verhalten auf. Über die SIGMA ACTIV App kann
man sich sehr übersichtlich die Schlafphasen
(tief, leicht, wach) der Nacht anzeigen lassen.

Hinweis Intensitätsbereiche:
LOW/MID/HIGH

Der ACTIVO zeichnet die aktive Zeit des
Tages auf und unterscheidet dabei verschie­dene Intensitätsstufen:
– HIGH erfasst jede kontinuierliche Bewegung
mit mindestens 20 Schritten und einer
Schrittfrequenz oberhalb von 140 Schritten
pro Minute (z.B: Jogging oder lockeres
Laufen).
– MID erfasst jede kontinuierliche Bewegung
mit mindestens 20 Schritten und einer
Schrittfrequenz unterhalb von 140 Schritten
pro Minute (normales Gehen).
– LOW erfasst alle übrigen Zeiten in Bewegung.

Menüfunktionen:

Um ins Menü zu gelangen, halten Sie die
Funktionstaste eine Sekunde lange gedrückt.

Es erscheint MENU im Display und die Menü­funktionen laufen automatisch durch.

Durch einmaliges Drücken der Funktionstaste,
wenn SLEEP im Display erscheint, versetzen Sie
Ihren ACTIVO in den Schlafzustand:

Ein kurzer Tastendruck zeigt das Schlafsymbol und
die Uhrzeit an. Ein langer Tastendruck beendet den
Schlafmodus.
Es erscheint „GOOD MORNING“ im Display:

Hier können Sie den aktuellen Stand der
Batterie einsehen, dieser bleibt für 2 Sek. einge­blendet:

Durch einmaliges Drücken der Taste versucht sich
Ihr ACTIVO mit der ACTIV App zu
verbinden. Die Anzeige blinkt
für 20 Sekunden:

Zum Pairing mit der ACTIV App navigieren Sie im
Menü der App auf „Pairing“ und drücken Sie die
Schaltfläche „Start Pairing“. Bei erfolg-reichem
Pairing erscheint „OK“.

Um den ACTIVO auszuschalten, drücken Sie die
Funktionstaste einmalig. „GOODBYE“ erscheint im
Display.

Schalten Sie Ihren ACTIVO mit einem langen
Tastendruck wieder an.

Persönliche Einstellungen vornehmen:

Geburtsdatum, Geschlecht, Größe, Gewicht,
Schrittlänge.
Bitte nehmen Sie Ihre persönlichen Einstellungen
für den ACTIVO in der ACTIV App vor. Gehen Sie
im Menü der APP auf „Einstellungen“ – „Profil“ und
geben Sie Ihre persönlichen Daten ein.

Hinweis:

Der ACTIVO ist für Temperaturen zwischen -10 °C
bis 60 °C geeignet.
Wasserdicht: IPX7
Alle Werte (Schritte, Gesamtkalorien, Distanz,
Zeit in den Intensitätsbereichen) werden automa­tisch um 0:00 Uhr zurückgesetzt.

First, press and hold the button to turn on the
ACTIVO. ON appears on the display.

PAIR: Press the button once, your ACTIVO will try
to connect to the ACTIV app. The display will flash
for 20 seconds:

Note on daily targets:

10,000 steps is a good target value for
long-term and sustainable improvements to
your health.
The ACTIVO uses 10,000 steps as the default
daily target and rewards this achievement with
„gold“ status.
The ACTIVO also uses interim targets to
motivate you to reach the main target:
– “bronze” at 50 % = 5,000 steps
– “silver” at 75 % = 7,500 steps.

To pair the ACTIVO with the ACTIV app,
navigate to “Pairing” in the app menu and
press the “Start Pairing” button. If pairing is
successful, “OK” appears.

OFF: To turn the ACTIVO off, press the function
button once. „GOODBYE“ will appear on the
display:

The ACTIVO detects your steps based on certain
movement patterns using an integrated 3 axis
acceleration sensor. In sleep mode, the ACTIVO
records your sleep behavior. The SIGMA ACTIV
app enables you to clearly see your sleep phases
(deep, light, awake) throughout the night.

Press and hold the button to turn your ACTIVO
back on.

Le capteur d‘accélération 3D intégré à l‘ACTIVO
détecte les pas de l‘utilisateur en se basant sur
des modèles de mouvement définis. En mode
de veille, l‘ACTIVO enregistre votre sommeil.
L‘application SIGMA ACTIV permet d‘afficher très
clairement les différentes phases de sommeil
(sommeil profond, sommeil léger, éveil) de la
nuit.

De forma estándar, ACTIVO considera los

10.000 pasos como objetivo diario y lo premia
con “Oro”. En el camino hacia el objetivo,
ACTIVO va motivando con objetivos intermedios:
– en el 50 % = 5.000 pasos, con “Bronce” y
– en el 75 % = 7.500 pasos, con “Plata”.
ACTIVO reconoce los pasos del usuario por
determinados parámetros de movimiento
a través de un sensor de aceleración de 3 ejes
integrado. El el modo de suspensión, ACTIVO
graba el comportamiento en ese estado. Con
la App SIGMA ACTIV se puede ver claramente
las fases de la suspensión (profunda, leve,
actividad).

Al presionarlo durante unos segundos finalizará el
modo de suspensión.
En la pantalla aparecerá “GOOD MORNING”.

Aquí podrá ver el estado actual de la batería
durante 2 seg.

Presionando una vez el botón, su ACTIVO
intentará conectarse con la App ACTIV.
El aviso parpadeará durante
20 segundos.

Para sincronizarlo con la App ACTIV, navegue por
el menú de la App hasta “Sincronización” y presi­one el botón “Iniciar sincro.”. Una vez finalizada
correctamente la sincronización aparecerá “OK”.

Para apagar el ACTIVO, presione el botón una vez.
En la pantalla aparecerá “GOODBYE”.

Accendere nuovamente ACTIVO con una
pressione prolungata del pulsante.

Vuelva a encender su ACTIVO presionando el botón
durante algunos segundos.

Realizar ajustes personales:

Fecha de nacimiento, sexo, altura, peso y largo
del paso.
Efectúe sus ajustes personales para ACTIVO
en la App ACTIV. En el menú de la APP vaya
a “Ajustes” – “Perfil” e ingrese sus datos perso­nales.

10.000 stappen gelden als een goede norm
voor langdurige en blijvende verbetering van de
menselijke gezondheid.
De ACTIVO stelt standaard het bereiken van deze

10.000 stappen als doel van de dag en beloont dit
met „goud“. Op weg naar het doel motiveert de
ACTIVO door middel van tussendoelen:
– bij 50 % = 5.000 stappen met „brons“ en
– bij 75 % = 7.500 stappen met „zilver“.
De ACTIVO herkent uit bepaalde bewegings­patronen via een geïntegreerde 3-assige
versnellingssensor de stappen van de gebruiker.
In de slaapmodus registreert de ACTIVO het
slaapgedrag. Via de SIGMA ACTIV-app kunnen
op een zeer overzichtelijke manier de slaap­fasen (diep, licht, wakker) van de nacht getoond
worden.

Menufuncties:

Houd de functietoets een seconde lang ingedrukt

om in het menu te komen. MENU verschijnt in het
display en de menufuncties lopen automatisch
door.

Door eenmaal indrukken van de functietoets -
iin het display verschijnt SLEEP - zet je de ACTIVO
in de slaapmodus:

Door kort indrukken van de toets wordt het

slaapsymbool en de kloktijd getoond. De toets iets
langer indrukken beëindigt de slaapmodus.

Dan verschijnt „GOOD MORNING“ in het
display.

Hier kun je de actuele batterijstatus bekijken, deze
verdwijnt na 2 sec.:

Door de toets eenmaal in te drukken probeert je
ACTIVO zich te verbinden met de ACTIV-app. De
melding knippert
20 seconden:

Navigeer voor het pairen met de ACTIV-app in het
app-menu naar „Pairing“ en druk op de knop „Start
Pairing“. Als de paring gelukt is, verschijnt „OK“.

Om de ACTIVO uit te schakelen, druk je één keer
op de functietoets. In het display
verschijnt „GOODBYE“.

Schakel je ACTIVO weer in door de toets lang in
te drukken.

Persoonlijke instellingen invoeren:

Geboortedatum, geslacht, lengte, gewicht.
Staplengte.
Voer je persoonlijke instellingen voor de
ACTIVO in de ACTIV-app in. Ga in het app-menu
naar „Instellingen“ - „Profiel“ en voer je
persoonlijke gegevens in.

De ACTIVO is geschikt voor temperaturen tussen

-10°C en 60°C.
