The system is not initialized or the ROM version is wrong. The version number of the HOST software and the parameters in the EEPROM do not match
(the first two places).
If, however, the software is present, then parameters are missing or the version numbers of the HOST software or the parameters in the EEPROM do
not match.
The error will be displayed after the do wnload routine . Repeat the do wnload
routine.

Incorrect checksum in the Flash EEPROMs.
