These instructions apply to the installation of elbow supports on the LITHOSTAR Modularis Uro.

Tool kit
Loctite 221
Replacing the bushings 0
Fig. 1:
• Remove the two screws (1/Fig.1/p.4).
• Remove the two caps (2/Fig.1/p.4).
• Remove the bushing from the bar. Remove any silicone remains.

• Insert the new holder.
• Secure the holder from below and tighten the screws with Loctite 221.
• Also replace the bushing on the other side of the table.
Installing the elbow supports 0
Fig. 3:
• Use two M6x25 screws and A6.4 washers to secure the arm supports (1/Fig.3/p.5) to
both sides. Use Loctite 221 to tighten the screws.
Final work steps 0
• Distribute the operating instructions to the personnel.
• After all work has been completed, perform the ground wire test according to
ARTD-002.731.17... The ground wire resistance must not exceed 0.2 ohm.
• File these instructions in the system folder of the product.
