REV26… - the temperature controller that allows you to set the ideal room temperature at the time you want. There are several switching patterns available that can be set to suit your specific needs. You can either rely on the factory settings or make settings tailored to your personal needs.

Commissioning with quick start-up
The controller is supplied with factory-set switching patterns, switching times and temperatures. To commission it, proceed as follows:
Remove the black transit tabs from the two batteries. Check to see if the battery holder is in its correct position. The controller switches itself on.
Open the front cover and set the following points:

Move the setting slider to the position on the left.

Press the arrow keys to set the correct time of day.

Press the button to set the correct weekday. (1 = Monday…7 = Sunday).
Run
Move the setting slider back to the position on the right, because only that position al­lows you to close the cover.
Close the cover again.
Auto
Select the required operating mode with the operating mode selector (e.g. Auto).
Fold up operating instructions again, place them into a safe place.
Do you want to use automatic operation?
Auto
If that is the case, move the operating mode selector to the Auto position. With that you use the weekly setting with up to three heating periods per day.
Do you require continuous normal temperature?
Move the operating mode selector to . This ensures continuous heating to the normal temperature T3. The display shows

Do you require continuous economy temperature?
Move the operating mode selector to . This ensures continuous heating to the econ­omy temperature. The display shows

Do you require continuous standby with frost protection?

Move the operating mode selector to . In that case, heating is provided only when the room temperature falls below the preset frost protection limit (e.g. 6 °C). The display

The temperature for frost protection is set in this level with the arrow keys in the range between 3…16 °C.
Do you feel too warm or too cold?

By pressing these buttons, you increase or decrease the actual room temperature in in­crements of 0.2 °C by a maximum of ±4 °C. The display first shows the newly selected temperature and then the actual value again.
These changes are valid only up to the next switching point.
If, as a result of the factory settings, you always feel either too warm or too cold, you should readjust the temperatures (e.g. T1) to suit your needs.
Do you want to change the temperature level or will you be absent for a short period of time?
When pressing this button, you change from the current temperature level to the other. The display shows either
, when the change was made from the economy tempera-
ture, or
, when it was made from the normal temperature. This means you can select
the economy temperature during the time you are absent.
These changes are valid only up to the next switching point.

The controller has three different switching patterns which can be assigned to the respective weekday block 1-5 / weekend block 6-7 or individual days 1…7.
Proceed as follows:
Auto
Move the operating mode selector to the required position (e.g. Auto), enabling its blocks and switching patterns to be set..
T1

Select the switching position (e.g. P.1).
Day
Press this button to select the required block (weekday 1-5 / weekend 6-7) or individual day (1…7).
If you make settings for individual days, the respective block will be cancelled and can be reinstated only by making a reset.

Press the arrow keys to enter the required switching time. If a position cannot be set, the display shows
.
T1
Select the temperature position (e.g. T1) and press the arrow keys to enter the required temperature.
T1 is the temperature between the switching points P.1 and P.2, T2 the temperature between the switching points P.3 and P.4, and T3 the temperature between the switching points P.5 and P.6.
Select "Economy temperature" and press the arrow keys to enter the required value.
The setting steps described above must be appropriately repeated for both blocks (weekday and weekend)and individual days. If required, 1 to 3 different switching blocks can be set per day.
If a heating period is not required, you can override it by setting the time to the end time of the next period (e.g. P.2 to P.4 or P.6). With that the corresponding temperature (e.g. T2 and/or T3) is ignored.
Run
Move the setting slider back to this position and close the cover.
Do you want to check your settings?
Auto
Move the operating mode selector to the position Auto and open the cover.
Day
Press button for at least 3 seconds. The switching patterns set for the individual days are shown in consecutive order.
Will you go on holiday?
You can enter the start and the duration of your holiday period. In that case, the controller switches to economy mode at the beginning of the holiday period and back to the selected oper-
ating mode when the holiday period has expired. During the holiday period, the display shows and the number of days left.
Proceed as follows:
Move the setting slider to the holiday symbol.

Press this button to set the start of the holiday period (max. 6 days in advance; 1 = Monday…7 = Sunday) and press the arrow keys to enter the duration of the holiday period (99 days max.).
The temperature for the holiday period is setwith the arrow keys in the range between 3…29 °C (factory setting 16 °C). For this, set the operating mode selector to the position
while the setting slider is in position .
Run
Move the setting slider back to this position and close the cover.
If you return from your holidays earlier than expected, reset the holiday period to .
Do you wish to return to the factory settings (Reset)?

By pressing these three buttons simultaneously, a complete reset is made, which means that the switching times and temperatures will be reset to their default values.
Caution:
All individual settings will be lost!
At the same time, a

Does the symbol appear in the display?
If this symbol appears, you need to replace the batteries within the next three months.
Do you want to change the batteries?
Get two new alkaline batteries type AAA, 1.5 V.
For this operation it is not necessary to remove the blind from the wall. Open the front cover, pull on it in order to slide out the complete unit.
Remove the batteries, insert the new batteries and slide the unit back in place with the front cover closed.
Caution: The setting data are maintained for a maximum of one minute
only!
Make certain the old batteries are disposed of properly, in compliance with environmental re­quirements.
Energy saving tips without sacrificing comfort
Never allow room temperatures to exceed 21 °C.
Change to economy temperature, even if you are absent for short periods of time only.
Air out the rooms for short periods of time only, but properly, with the windows wide open.
Auxiliary functions
Your room temperature controller provides a number of auxiliary functions, but these should only be set by your heating engineer.
