During service parts of the circuit-breaker are under hazardous voltage and under spring pressure. Do not touch live parts.

Function checks and putting into service may be performed by qualified personnel only. Before a switching operation shut the door or wear a protective face mask.

Non-compliance can result in death, severe personal injury and substantial property damage.

The protective functions of the over-current release are assured without an additional auxilary supply source. Power is supplied via the current transformer inside the breaker.

To protect the electrostatic sensitive devices (ESD) the attached protrective cover must be installed on the test connector. Before the protective cover is removed, ensure that equipment to be connected, and also operating personnel, are at the same potential.

Akım ayarı, şalterin açma yapmadan devamlı çalışacağı akım seviyesini belirler. Anahtar td = M (20 ms) pozisyonunda iken, motorun kritik yük seviyesinde bir fazının kesilmesi ile oluşacak aşırı ısınmaya karşı arttırılmış faz hatası hassasiyeti vardır.

Dengesiz yüklerde, en yüklü faz ile en az yüklü faz oranı %50 ise açtırıcı Ir akım ayarını otomatikman %80‘e çeker. Eğer üç faz akımı %50‘den daha az farklılık gösteriyorsa, Ir akım ayarı açtırıcıda otomatikman tekrar eski değerine çıkarılır.

The current setting sets the current level at which the breaker will continuously operate without tripping. The over-current release has an increased phase failure sensitivity function at switch position td = M (20 ms), to protect a motor from overheating under critical load conditions in case of phase failure. With an unsymmetrical current load, by which the current of the lowest loaded phase is smaller than 50% of the current of the highest phase, the current setting Ir is reduced to 80%. If the three phase currents vary by less than 50%, the set current Ir will reach its set value.
