Solid MDF Core - Laminate tops are made with extremely
durable ¾" MDF core material that is stronger than plywood or
particle board, lightweight, and resists warping.
Rigid Vinyl Backer Sheet
Applied to the underside of the tabletops for moisture
control and easy cleanup (including gum removal), stain
resistance and fantastic appearance.
Far superior to all types of paper backers.
Tamper Proof Expansion Rivets – Fastens tabletop firmly to
the frame and won't work loose like ordinary screws.
Aircraft Lock-nuts – Superior construction lock-nuts are used
at all pivot points. Nuts are tamper resistant and will not loosen
over time for increased safety.
Pneumatic Assist - Opens easily from the folded position.
Two 7 Gauge Vertical Hinges – Extra heavy-duty self-
cleaning hinges won’t trap food, provide strength, security and
durability.
Powder Coat Frame/Leg Finish - Black powder coat finish
for durability, appearance, and ease of cleaning. Designed to
take hard everyday use and still remain professional looking
for years.
Storage Rack - Convenient storage when transporting any
size food warmers, etc.
Swivel Casters
Tables roll quietly on 5" (12.7cm) casters.
Oversized casters so tables roll easily over thresholds,
and down carpeted hallways.
Non-marring casters protect the floor.
No need for table caddies.
Caster locks included to keep table in place.
Fifth Caster Wheel - Supports heavy loads to maintain easy
mobility.
Free Space Analysis - Take advantage of the free space
analysis drawings which will provide you with the appropriate
