Temperature Controls - Utilizes the latest induction cooking
technology. More energy efficient, cleaner, and cost effective
than gas or radiant units. Controls are easy-to-use. Configured
with 2 induction cooking units: (1800 watts) - 15 amps max on
each unit. Cooking temperature ranges from 95 to 450
degrees Fahrenheit (35 - 232 degrees Celsius).
