NOTE: SS913 consists of only one (1) front roller arm assembly.
Place the roller arm mounting bracket (Ref.#14) onto the front crossmember using a 1/2” X 4-1/2” carriage bolt (Ref.#3) and secure with 1/2” flange lock nut (Ref.#7). Insert the plastic spacer (Ref.#15) into the roller arm mounting bracket. Mount the roller assembly into the roller arm mounting bracket just installed using two (2) 1/2” X 3” carriage bolt (Ref.#4) and securing the two (2) 1/2” flange lock nuts (Ref.#7). Adjust the roller assmbly to the proper position and tighten the 1/2” flange lock nuts. Repeat the same roller assembly mounting instructions on the opposite side of the trailer.
Place the 3/8” X 3-3/4” carriage bolt (Ref.#2) through the hole in the molded crossmember pad (Ref.#9). Place into position as shown in the drawing. Secure with a 3/8” USS flat washer (Ref.#20) and 3/8” S/T medium lock washer (Ref.#19). Secure with 3/8” hex nuts (Ref.#6).
