Post Loadguide Kit

Using the template below, drill 17/32” holes into the
side frame in a location that best fits your watercraft.

Mount the post load guides into the holes just drilled
using two (2) 1/2” X 6-1/2” carriage bolts (Ref.#2). Slide
the nylon washer (Ref.#7) onto the threads of the
carriage bolts. The nylon washer is placed between the
side frame and spring load guide weldment (Ref.#2).
Refer to the parts drawing on page 2 of this document.

Secure the post load guide on the inside of the side

Template

frame in the following order using two (2) cup washers
(Ref.#8), two (2) 3/8” X 3” compression springs (Ref.#6),
two (2) cup washers (Ref.#8), two (2) 1/2” flat washers
(Ref.#4) and two (2) 1/2” flange lock nuts (Ref.#5). Refer
to the parts drawing for placement.

Repeat on the other side of the trailer with the second
post load guide assembly.

The SS1657 is available in arctic white, black
(SSBK1657) and galvanized (SS1657G).
