Features:
easy-to-clean stainless steel that resists pitting, chipping, scratching and erosion. Heavy-duty steel handle withstands the toughest everyday use. The quality continues with a rubber-sealed ceramic shelf, interior oven light and see-through door.
Computerized Touch Control provides 20 (R-21LTF)/
10 (R-21LVF) microprocessor-controlled programmable memories with one-second increment timing to meet the extra needs of the operation. They are extra­easy and dependable. Built-in safeguards prevent unauthorized changes.
Double Quantity Pad automatically provides optimum
heating times for two portions for excellent results.
Express Defrost™ Feature responds quickly to daily
business demands with easy last-minute defrosting. Automatically divides total defrosting time into 3 stages with 3 power levels.
Memory Check lets user confirm time setting and power
level for each memory pad.
Memory Lock ensures that valuable information won’t
be lost. Prevents the erasure of stored information during power interruptions or off times.
Counter Check lets the oven “remember” how often
each feature was used plus the total number of manual uses so manager can keep closer tabs on operation.
Lighted Digital Display shows programmed and elapsed
heating times, plus percentage of microwave power.
Volume Control adjusts to the needs of the operation,
with choice of 2 tones and no tone; and signals end of cycle.
Two-way Programming lets you use any of the pre-
programmed Memories or manually program the 20 Memories for special needs or times. (R-21LTF only)
Versatile 3-Stage Programming lets the operator
program food to defrost, then begin cooking at one power level and finish cooking at another level. Sequencing of stages is easy and automatic. (R-21LTF only)

To Specify a Sharp R-21LVF Medium-Duty Commercial Microwave Oven - Oven shall comply with standards set by the U.S.Department of Health and Human Services, FCC,NSF-4 and shall display such labels.Oven shall be equipped with 10 programmable microprocessor-controlled memory pads, each adjustable in one-second increments from 0 to 30 minutes, without tools.There shall be choice of 2 tones or no tone. Oven shall have Electrically Alterable Read Only Memory (EAROM) to prevent programmed information from being erased due to power interruptions.Output wattage shall be 1000 watts. Bottom feed distribution system shall provide uniform heating pattern.Digital display must show heating time and percentage of power. Oven cavity and exterior cabinet shall be of stainless steel construction with see-through stainless oven door. Cavity shall be illuminated. Bottom of the cavity shall consist of rubber-sealed ceramic shelf. Oven shall be provided with a UL approved power cord and plug.Oven shall have three-year limited warranty on the magnetron tube; one-year parts and labor with service provided in the end-user’s place of business.
