2. General: As the countermeasure against the skew problem at the time of feeding of paper from the paper

tray, the manual paper feeding unit is fixed to the machine using two screws.

3. Description: The manual paper feeding unit is mounted into the machine by slide-in system, therefore, some

machine have some looseness between the manual paper feeding unit and the machine. If there is looseness between them, the "paper Guide " mounted on the manual paper feeding unit can not settle on its position properly. This unsettled position of the paper guide causes the skew copy. To fix the manual paper feeding unit to the machine steady, the manual paper feeding unit should be fasten to the machine using two screws. <Procedure> (1) Make sure whether the manual paper feeding unit fits into the slot in the machine correctly.

(Press each corner of the manual paper feeding unit) (2) Fasten the manual paper feeding unit to the machine using two screws. (Caution) Do not grasp the machine at the manual paper feeding unit when carrying the unit.
