Rice Cooker shall comply with standards set by Underwriters Laboratories,
Inc. and the National Sanitation Foundation International (NSF-4). Rice
Cooker shall operate on a 120-volt, 15 ampere, 60Hz, AC protected electrical
supply. Rice Cooker shall have a 55-inch UL-approved cord and plug
attached. Rice Cooker shall have a 1700-watt heating element for Cooking
and use 80 watts for Keep Warm. At the end of the cooking cycle, Rice
Cooker will automatically cycle to keep warm. Inner bowl shall be made of
durable aluminum and be replaceable. Rice Cooker shall have a capacity of
38 6-ounce cups of raw rice, be thermostatically controlled and feature one­touch operation. Rice Cooker shall have a one-year replacement warranty.
