1. Measure to alleviate problems of copy image misalignment in the RDH.

2.General: The changes described below have been carried out as a measure to alleviate problems

of copy image misalignment in the RDH.

3.Description: 1) A change has been carried out in the spring pressure of the retainer spring of the PS

roller in the RDH switch back unit.

2) An SBI stopper sheet has been added to the SBI inside paper guide in the RDH

switch back unit.

3) A change has been carried out in the shape of the SBI sheet in the RDH switch back

unit.

2. Measure to improve performance of copy paper feeding operations in the RDH.

2.General: A change in the shape of some of the parts in the RDH blower air duct unit has been

carried out. These changes have been carried out as a measure to improve the

performance of copy paper feeding operations in the RDH.

A change has been carried out in the shape of the blower air duct front.

A change has been carried out in the shape of the blower air duct rear.

A change has been carried out in the shape of the blower nozzle duct.

A change has been carried out in the shape of the gate.

A change has been carried out in the outer diameter of the SB2 idle roller.(ø16 → ø18)

The washer has been discontinued.

3.Action: From the start of 1997 April production.
