2.General: A change has been carried out in the protective mylar sheets (Q’ty: 2) used to protect
the AC PWB in the model listed above. The thickness of the mylar sheets has been
changed from 0.25 to 0.188. This change has been carried out as a measure to
improve productivity.

2. Changes carried out as a measure to improve copy performance.
1.Model Name: SD-4085
2.General: (1) Problems of white-outs have occurred in the rear edges of thick copy paper. As a
measure to alleviate this problem, a change has been carried out in the AC guide. As a
result of this change the adhesion of the rear edge of the copy paper to the drum has
been improved.
(2) Problems of pitch unevenness in 52 g/m copy paper have occurred. As a measure

to alleviate these problems, A TC ion electrode has been added. As a result of this
change problems of black streaking have been alleviated. A change has also been
carried out in the separator DC bias.
