CHANGE IN THE ATTACHMENT STANDARD
OF THE SDF PROTECTION SHEET.

1.Model Name: SD-4085

2.General: The insertion of a protection sheet in the narrow space between the SDF unit and the

table has caused problems of the P/G black mylar sheet to become deformed.
As a measure to alleviate these problems, a change has been carried out in the
attachment standard of protection sheet A, as indicated in the figure shown below.

3.Description:

Left edge standard has been changed
to the table glass left edge standard.

The leading edge becomes curled
into the panel lower section.
