REGARDING THE ESTABL ISHMENT OF A SET OF P ARTS FOR CHANGING THE HARNESS FUSING DRAWER CONNECTOR.

2.General: We are establishing a set of service parts for changing the main harness’s fusing unit

drawing connector.

When changing the drawer connector, the following parts and tools are required.

Extraction tools (tool) UKOG-0251FCZZ

Uniting band LBNDJ0013FCZ1 Q’ty: 2

Procedure for changing the unit

Changing the unit ➀ Remove the 2 screws for the drawer

connector and the screw for the fuse.

➁ Cut the harness’s uniting band. ➂ Remove the two connectors.

Uniting band LBNDJ0013FCZ1

➃ Use the tool to remove the connector’s signal lines (2-4,

10-14 pin), and insert them in the same pin positions for the new drawer connector.

➄ Use the three screws removed earlier to set the new

connector in place.

➅ Fix the harness using the uniting band. ➆ Insert the connectors terminals (Note the colors).
