1. ESTABLISHMENT OF UNIFORMITY FOR THE 1000 TRAY UNIT.
2. DISCONTINUANCE OF BUSHING TO IMPROVE PRODUCTIVITY.
3. MEASURE TO IMPROVE THE RETURN MOVEMENT OF THE TC
SPRING.
No. : DTE-222
1. Establishment of uniformity for the 1000 tray unit.
1.Model name: SD-2060/3062
2.General: Three different sizes of the 1000 tray unit (Japanese domestic size, Overseas AB size
and Overseas inch size) had been in use, but the 1000 tray units sizes have been
changed so that the 1000 tray units for all destinations are the same size as the
Japanese domestic size. In accordance with this change, the tray size circuit board
used in the 1000 tray unit has also been changed to the circuit board used with
machines bound for the Japanese domestic market (P/G ). Though the number of
20 -101
size sensors is different than the number of sensors used with the previous circuit
boards, this difference does not present any problems under actual working conditions.
3.Action: From the start of 1995 November production.
