1. Measure to improve the fuse burn-out margin of the fuses in the power supply PWB.
1.Model name: SD-2060/3062 (only for machines in the 100 V series).
Japanese domestic market, a change in fuses F710 and F703 was carried out. The change that was carried out in machines bound for the Japanese domestic market also complied with standards in the overseas markets, and as a result, the change has also been carried out on fuses in machines bound for overseas markets. In accordance with the change described above, the parts code for the DC power supply PWB has also been changed.
3.Description: F710: 3.15 A/125 V 4.0 A/125 V . F703: 4.0 A/125V 5.0 A/125 V.
Note: The 5.0 A/125 V fuses used after the change described above has been carried out is a newly established part, but the 4.0 A/125 V fuses previously used with fuse F703 can be transferred for use with fuse F710.

2. Measure to prevent contact with the PWB elements.
1.Model name: SD-3062
2.General: When installing the photo transistor in the paper detection sensor attachment plate
used in the finisher frame unit and the finisher gate frame unit, there is a possibility of the photo transistor PWB elements coming in contact with the paper detection sensor attachment plate. To alleviate this problem, the shape of the paper detection sensor attachment plate has been changed.
3.Action: From the start of 1995 September production.
3. Measure to prevent cracking of the adiabatic bushing of the fusing unit.
1.Model name: SD-2060/3062
2.General: Cracking sometimes occurs in the adiabatic bushing used in the upper heat roller of the
fusing unit. To alleviate this problem, a change in the material of the bushing has been carried out to strengthen it.
3.Action: From the start of 1995 December production.
4. Change in bearings to improve productivity.

2.General: A change in the bearings used in the air paper feeding unit has been carried out to
improve productivity.
