1. Handling the tray support plate as service and maintenance parts.

1.Model name: SD-2060

2.General: Copy machines have been shipped with the tray support plates attached to the copy

paper discharge sections so that copy paper tray units can be used with the machines. A large percentage of machines for the model listed above, however, are used with sorter units instead of the copy paper tray units, and the tray support plate is therefore unnecessary. The tray support plate are therefore no longer attached to machines shipped to locations which do not require that the copy paper tray units be included in the boxes with the machines.

3.Description: For the reason described above, the tray support plate and the fixing screws used with it are no longer being attached to the machines before shipping, and are now being handled as service parts.
