1. Changes to the materials of mode selection gate

1.Model name: SD-3062

2.General: The mode selection gate used in the finisher had had the curved part in shape and we

corrected it after it had been shaped. We found that it could use by changing its materials, without correction. Therefore we have made changes of the materials. We added the washer to the rear side to prevent backlash of the ST upper discharged roller on the mode selection gate .

2. Improvement of margins between gate sensor plate and photo sensor up

2.General: We have carried out to margin up between the photo sensor that controls operation of the mode selection gate inside the finisher unit and its light proof plate: the gate sensor plate.

3.Description: By changing the forms of the gate sensor plate, we have made margins between it and the photo sensor up from 0.5 mm to 2.0 mm.

3. Changes to center tray harness (This was made to improve productivity. )

2.General: We have changed the length and the path of the harness lead wire that is fixed on the

center tray unit to improve productivity.

3.Description:

Fix this point with convex.

➂ Discontinue Convex.

Notch Be careful of the connector’s direction.

➄ Change the drawing path of solenoids.

➃ Change the drawing direction of snap bands.

Fix the ground connective lead wire. M4x8 S tight

Let it through inside D frame R

➀ Fix three ground connective lead

wires at one time. M4x8, Cup screw

Let it through under the frame

➁ Fix it with convex.

Draw it to the arrow direction.

➆ Change the drawing

direction of Snap band.

➅ Let it through the rear side

of the drawer connector.

Caution: Be sure to fasten Convex and Snap band tightly.

Fix the harness lead wire not to loosen by snap bands. (Be careful of the fixing direction)

Let it through the frame rear side.

➇ Discontinue snap bands.
