3.Description: Production of diode (VHD10D1////-1) has been discontinued and so a change has been made to use a replacement diode (VHD10E1////-1).

4.Action: From February 1994 production.

2. Correction of parts code for control board IC109

1.Model name: FO-9000

2.General: The parts code for the control board IC109 has been corrected.

3.Description: The VHi74HC4040AF is for use on control board IC109. However, the VHiTC4040AF-1,

a similar part with a different parts code, was listed in the parts guide. For future repairs, please use VHi74HC4040AF. If the VHiTC4040AF-1 is used, a black vertical streak may appear over the printed text and images due to equipment irregularities.

4.Action: From January 1994 production.
