Afterdownloading,editingandcopyingtheconfigurationfileontoanyUSB device,theconfiguration isautomaticallyadoptedafterpluggingintheUSBflashdriveintotheCoreAppliance.Atriplebeep indicatesthesuccessfulconfiguration.Asinglebeepsignalsthattheconfigurationhasn'tbeenset successful.

ThewebuserinterfaceoftheCoreApplianceisnowavailableunderhttp://<ip-address>.

TheinitialconfigurationoftheCoreAppliancecanbecomparedwiththeinstallationandstartofan SES-imagotagCoreService.Afterconfiguration,youcanaccesstheCoreApplianceviatheSES- imagotagControlCenterfromeverysystemconnectedtoyournetwork(seeStartSES-imagotag CoreServiceandSES-imagotagControlCenter onpage12).

Ifyou'verecentlyconfiguredyourCoreAppliancetheSES-imagotagCoreServicesoftwareisalready runningandyoucanstepforwardtothenextstep.

InordertostarttheSES-imagotagCoreServicewiththedefaultconfiguration,justexecutethejarfile “server.jar”asdescribedinTroubleshootingandwaitforthesmallserviceGUItoshowup(ifthe windowdoesn’tshowupafterall,makesureyourJavainstallationandconfigurationiscorrect).

TheSES-imagotagCoreServicewilllistentoTCPconnectionsonPort8000and 8001andUDPconnectionsonPort8000.Pleasemakesurethatthereisnofirewall issueand/orinterferencewithothersystems.

AfterstartoftheSES-imagotagCoreServiceyoucancheckthewebuserinterface:
