974H Series Cabled Barrier Tubing Bundles

Syrup, water and gas lines in one bundle!

The exclusive Bev-Seal Ultra®barrier tubing cabled bundle is truly in­staller-friendly. Compact, light weight and incredibly flexible, it bends and
stays in place, and rolls out straight without loops and twists. Whenever
flushability, taste-free performance, or protection against taste-transfer or
flavor contamination is a concern, choose Bev-Seal Ultra®.

Syrup lines are color, numbered and date coded for traceability. All configurations contain two braided water lines that carry
pressure up to 300 psig at 70º F, and one CO2 line that will carry pressure up to 240 psig at 70º F.

Fire Resistant Cabled Bundle

®

Series 974FR contains Bev-Seal Ultra

Series 235FR fire re­sistant tubes, individually numbered and branded with NSF­51 and NSF-61 listings, and date coded for traceability.
975FR Series contains 175FR reinforced hoses instead of
tubes. Special film wrap over cabled tubes offers excellent
flexibility and tight bend capabilities. Extruded outer jacket is
composed of fire-resistant non-halogen polyolefin compound.
Special metallized film wrap over the tubes, plus an outer
wrap of white fiberglass tape offer the exceptional flame
spread and smoke generation ratings of 0/0.

Single Line Braided Tubing

Bev-Seal Ultra® (best quality) multilayer construction provides oxygen

and flavor barrier protection combined with true flushability of the Glas­Flex™ liner, NSF-51 and NSF-61 listed. Series 175 is polyester yarn-re­inforced and Series 178 is wire- reinforced. Single line tubing is sold in

Single Line Barrier Tubing

Bev-Seal Ultra®Series 235 polyolefin tubing has unsurpassed oxygen

and flavor protection. Dual barrier construction of Glas-Flex™ inner liner
surrounded by a seamless extruded outer layer allows changeovers from
even the most pungent flavors with simple flushing procedures. NSF-51
and NSF-61 listed. Series 235 tubing is individually numbered and has
three color-coded strips 120° apart.

Drain Tubing

Sani-Clean AM™ Series 218 drain tubing contains anti-microbial addi-

tive that discourages bacteria and fungal growth on both inner and outer
surfaces. The tubing’s translucent metallic gray color gives it a sanitary

Oetiker Stepless® Ear Clamps

The term “Stepless” relates to the absence of gaps or steps
on the clamp’s inner circumference. The unique tongue-in­groove design provides uniform compression and a 360° seal.
