Features:

denoted models. Class 1 wiring is required for “F” denoted models

Systems
Description:
• Converts a singl e 9-28VDC Input to 4 or 8 protected class 2 rated
output for PTC protected models.
• Main Power Green/Red LED Indicates AC, DC or Reversed DC
Input on PDB-8
• Each output has a green status LED indictor
• Current Draw is 6ma max per LED
• Main Fuse / Power Pull is standard ATO Automotive size on PDB-8

• Unit shall be installed in accordance with the National Electrical
Code, ANSI/NFPA 70; Canadian Electrical Code, or any other
applicable codes.
• PDB-4F, PDB-4C, PDB-8F, & PDB-8C are UL listed Sub Assemblies
As configured in UL listed products suitable for Access Control
and Burglar alarm systems
• All Input Terminal blocks and output terminal blocks on the PDB-
8F, 8C module are rated 25A with a wire range of 10 – 18AWG
• Output Terminal blocks on the PDB-4F,4C are rated 10A with
wire range 12-22AWG
• Note: Proper wire size should be selected based on output load

• Main Fuse Ratings 10A, 32V for 1A models/ 20A, 32V for 2A

• Caution: for continued protection against risk of fire,
replace only with fuse of the same type and having the
same electrical ratings.
• Note: All distribution boards shall be powered by either a
UL 294 or 603 or ULC S318 or ULC S533 power supply
with a class 2 output or Class 1 wiring must be employed.
• PDB-8F2 / PDB-8C2 Ratings:
o Input 9-28VDC (Nominal 12-24VDC)
o Current draw of PCB 55mA
o Rated output: 8.4-28VDC, 2 Amps max per port,
16 Amps total combined Load all outputs
