Remove the parts in the order below:
1. Exhaust pipe
3. Clamp
4. Bracket
5. V-clamp
6. Bracket
7. Pipe bend screws at the exhaust brake damper housing
8. Pipe bend
There is a guide pin between the exhaust brake damper housing and the turbo­charger. Separate the damper housing and the turbocharger, then turn the damper housing towards the engine so that the pipe bend does not contact the exhaust brake air cylinder.

10. Oil pipe
Remove the clamp and the lower connection. Detach the upper connection a few turns and place the pipe to one side.
11. Turbocompound unit front retaining screws. 2 off
12. Place a strap around the turbocompound unit and lift carefully until the strap is
tensioned.
13. Turbocompound unit rear retaining screws
