complete with features such as door locks, factory installed casters, and a
90° stay open door.

Efficient Pizza Prep Worktop
Saturn® Pizza Prep Tables offer practical workspaces with full-length
ingredient rails and full-length polyethylene cutting boards. When
you combine workspace and storage space, you recieve an excellent
environment for preparing pizza, calzones, and salads. Each Saturn®
Pizza Prep Table includes enough 1/3 size 4” deep pans to fill the
ingredient rail.

Easy-Access Compressor Unit
In order to extend the life of your Saturn unit, preventative maintenance
and cleaning are recommended. Luckily, the front-access compressor
makes this task simple because it’s easy to access. This compressor unit is
complete with a capillary tube system that hold product in an ideal
temperature range of 33°F to 41°F.
