1. Take off the stand cover.
2. Take off the four screws(1) and stand.

4. Take off the ten inner hexagon screws(3).

3. Take off the screw(2) and adapter case.

5. Use any proper tool to prop up the front panel till you see
a gap at the corner, see the arrow pointed.

6. Make sure to have gaps at the 4 corners at the same
time to remove the front panel.
9. The monitor without front panel.
10. Remove the Function Key button.

7. Use minus screwdriver to prop up the front panel.
FUNCTION board
11. Dismounting Plastic Frame
Dismount the plastic frame by pulling out the frame from
the 2 bottom corners.
Each corner dismounting method was showed as below.

12. There are 2 clips between the plastic frame and the rear
cover. Pull down the plastic frame from the clips, towards
the direction of the arrow showed below.

13. Pull out the right/left plastic frame from the clips.
14. Dismount the bottom plastic frame then the top to
remove the whole plastic frame.

15. Pull out the connecter as the arrow showed below. After
the connector was pulled out, the function board was
still attached on the plastic frame.
16. Take off the four screws(4).

dismount the LCD panel.

1. Connect to VGA while power on.
2. Turn off the power (from the power key, not power cord),
then press (+), (-) and menu sequentially to go into the
factory mode OSD.
3. Check MCU version.
4. Press Auto key until display turns into full white.
5. Set up VGA Color to be User color.
6. Press up or down to adjust the inverterbrightness until Y
value is consistent to spec.
7. Adjust R and G value until color temperature (9300,
6500) meets with spec.
8. Check Y value. While out of tolerance, repeat No. 2.
9. Select VGA color temperature according to region.
10. Select VIDEO color temperature according to region.

(1) Once the panel is changed, the above items need to be re-adjusted.
(2) Once the main board is changed, the above items need to be re-adjusted.
(3) Any parts on the main board is changed (expect U700), no re-adjustment needed.

11. After factory mode set-up, press menu. The selected
values will be saved automatically while menu closes.
12. Open OSD menu, select recall and ensure the normality
of OSD color temperature.
