Do not up end the unit
z Standing the unit on one end may cause it to topple
causing injury or the unit to malfunction. Use the unit in a horizontal position as it is not guaranteed to operate when vertical.

z When not in use, remove the disk and turn the unit off. z Always remove the disk when carrying the unit. Failure to
do so may cause the disk to scratch or the unit to malfunction.
Optical media
z Data recorded on optical disks deteriorates with time
depending on storage conditions and the quality of the disk until it is no longer retrievable. For details, read the manual accompanying the disk, or contact the manufacturer.
