To prevent the possibility that the camera and pendant ceiling bracket may fall down, suspend a weight of 5 kg or more from the intended installation location using a metal chain or wire, and check that safety can be maintained.
Leave at least 1.5 m of space between the pendant ceiling bracket and air outlets
from equipment such as air conditioners.
If cold air is allowed to blow directly onto the camera, it may cause the lens to become cloudy, and this can adversely affect the quality of the recorded images.
Avoid installing the pendant ceiling bracket directly underneath ceiling water pipes
or places which might be subject to water leakage.
Condensation from water pipes may get inside the camera and cause fire or electric shocks.
Avoid places which are subject to vibration or noise.
Vibration and loud noise can cause the screws to loosen, which might damage the bracket or cause the camera and bracket to fall down. Furthermore, it may also cause the screen to shake and result in synchronization problems.
Be sure to use only the provided screws for installation.
Do not disassemble or modify the pendant ceiling bracket.
Failure to observe this may cause the bracket to become damaged or fall down.
