Overview

This 2.5-inch LCD module is a full-color active matrix module that uses low-temperature polysilicon thin-film transistors and includes built-in driver circuits. The RGB delta dot arrangement and the wide viewing angle allow this module to be optimal for use in digital video cameras

and digital still cameras.

Features and Functions

• Display size (diagonal) : 6.3cm (2.5 inches).

• Number of dots : 200,868 dots (881×228 dots).

• RGB delta arrangement.

• Supports wide viewing angle by introducing SANYO original SURVIVAL technology.

• Operating ambient temperature (Pannel surface temperature) : –10 to +60°C.

• Storage ambient temperature : –20 to +70°C

• Thin and slim.

• Support for scan reversal both horizontally and vertically.

• Level shifter circuit built in.

• Support for NTSC/PAL format by using the recommended IC (LV4131W).

• Anti-glare (AG)/Anti-reflection (AR) coat.
