This icon indicates the type of the current track.

Repeat play
Press the Repeat button once to repeat only one file ( ) and twice to repeat all files ( ).
Press again to play all the tracks once( ) .
Super Bass
You can boost bass sound. Select Option > Sound.
Equalization mode
Select Option > Sound and then one equalization Mode (Normal, Classic, Jazz, Rock).
Remaining battery indicator
Remaining battery is indicated in 3 levels. It blinks when the battery needs to be recharged.
Main menu
Five items, Audio, Video, Image, Text, and Option, are displayed.
Menu path is displayed.
Scroll bar
The bar indicates the location of the current file.
Basic operations

To turn the power on/off
To turn the power on, press the STOP but-
ton ( ) while the power is off.
To turn the power off, press and hold the
STOP button ( ) for more than a second
while the power is on.

To adjust the volume
Press the Volume +/- button on the
main unit while a file (SMIL, Music,
VOICE) is being played.

To lock the controls (HOLD)
Using the Hold switch on the main unit
Slide down the Hold switch. The controls on
the main unit will be inoperable.
If you leave your player in the stand-
by mode for 3 minutes, it automati-
cally turns off.
No indicators are is displayed on the screen while using the Hold switch
on the remote control.
Using the Hold switch on the remote control
Set the Hold switch to HOLD. The controls on the remote will be inoperable.
To release the Hold function, set the Hold switch to RELEASE.
