If Goertek receives notice of an alleged patent, copyright, trade secret or other intellectual property ri g ht infringement or if Samsung's use of the Products and/or the Components provided by Goer te k shall be prevented by permanent injunction for reasons of patent, copyright or trade secret infringement, Goertek may, at its sole option and expense, procure for Samsung the rig ht to continued use of th e Products and/or the Com ponents as provided hereunder, or modify the allegedly infringing item such that it is no longer infringing, or replace the allegedly infringing item.
