The purpose of this guide is to provide directions to callback to SMS messages for a
variety of mobile phones produced by Samsung. When you callback to SMS messages
sent via the TeleMessage service you will be able to listen to the message read aloud to
you via our text-to-speech technology and will be able to record and send a reply to the
sender of the message.

When reviewing a text message, you can return a call to the phone number within the
message by following these steps;
1. In standby mode press the “Menu” button and the “3” button (Press “Ok” when
in-use.) to display message menu.
2. For text messages, use the “i” button to locate the message you want to review.
3. Press the “Ok” button to open the message.
4. Press “Menu,” then press “Save cb#” to save the call back number to the phone
book. Then press “Ok” to call to call the number highlighted

While viewing a text message, you can hear and respond to the text message, by extracting the
phone number that is included in the message by the following methods;
1. Pressing the “Talk” button while viewing the message.
2. Pressing the “Menu” button and highlighting the “Extract Number” option.
3. Pressing the “Menu” button and pressing “1” for Talk, to call the phone number within the
message.

Scroll through messages using the up and down arrow keys. When you have selected the
message, you can choose the following option to call the sender back;

When a text message arrives, you can recall the sender’s call back number if it is
available, by pressing the “Send” button.
