OPS (Optical Picture Stabilisation) shake reduction
system with image sensor shift

A picture taken in dim light - or from an unsteady stance - often gives a blurred result.
The GX-10’s built-in OPS system helps you get much clearer shake-free pictures, even
at slow shutter speeds or when using a telephoto lens.

Sealed build for greater camera security

GX-10’s body is specially crafted to resist the influx of water or dust. A secure silicone
seal has been implemented at 72 different points, including the shutter and other
important buttons, to ensure that nothing harmful enters the camera.

Dual Dust Removal System

The GX-10 features two different technologies designed to keep dust from settling on
the CCD. First, the C CD itself was desig ned with a unique du st repellant coati ng.
Seco nd, the GX-10 has the ability to gently vibrate its CCD on st art -up to further
prevent dust build-up.

10.1 mega-pixel Schneider KREUZNACH lens
with 5x optical zoom

The 1/1.8 in CCD of the NV11 supports 10.1 mega pixels. Add the precision-crafted
Schneider lens to this, and you have a camera that picks up even the tiniest details to
bring you a beauty unlike anything you have seen before. The 5x optical zoom brings
your subject much closer to you, and this feature is supported even when you are using
the video mode.
