Getting started

Charging the battery pack

Charge the battery before using the battery pack for the first time or when the battery pack has been unused for extended periods.

Use only Samsung-approved chargers and cables. Unapproved chargers or cables can cause the battery to explode or damage the battery pack.

1 Connect the battery pack to the USB power adaptor via the USB cable. Plug the USB power adaptor into an electric socket.

Connecting the charger improperly may cause serious damage to the battery pack. Any damage caused by misuse is not covered by the warranty.

•	You can charge the battery pack using the charger (sold separately).
•	The battery pack can be used while it is charging, but it may take longer to fully
	charge the battery.

•While charging, the battery pack may heat up. This is normal and should not affect the battery pack’s lifespan or performance. If the battery gets hotter than usual, the charger may stop charging.

•If the battery pack is not charging properly, take the battery pack and the charger to a Samsung Service Centre.

2 After fully charging, unplug the USB cable from the battery pack, and then disconnect it from the electric socket.

• To save energy, unplug the charger when not in use. The charger does not have a power switch, so you must unplug the charger from the electric socket when not in use to avoid wasting power. The charger should remain close to the electric socket and easily accessible while charging.

•The socket-outlet shall be installed near the equipment and shall be easily accessible.

Check the remaining battery power by pressing the Battery Level button. The indicator lights alerts you to the remaining battery power.

Using the battery pack

Charging the mobile device

1 Connect one end of the USB cable to the battery pack’s USB charger port. Then, plug the other end of the USB cable into the mobile device’s multipurpose jack.

2 After the mobile device is fully charged, disconnect the USB cable from both devices.

• If the mobile device is not charging after being connected to the battery pack, press the Reset button.

•The battery pack is an auxiliary external battery. It may not fully charge some mobile devices.

•If the battery pack is exposed to extremely hot or cold temperatures or an error occurs, the indicator light will flash red. Disconnect the mobile device from the battery pack, and then reconnect them.

Checking the charging status

The indicator light alerts you to the connected mobile device’s charging status.

Charger le pack batterie

Chargez la batterie avant d’utiliser le pack batterie pour la première fois ou s’il est resté inutilisé pendant une période prolongée.

2 Une fois le chargement terminé, débranchez le câble USB du pack batterie, puis de la prise de courant.

Utiliser le pack batterie

Charger un appareil mobile

1 Branchez l’une des extrémités du câble USB sur le port de chargement USB du pack batterie. Branchez ensuite l’autre extrémité du câble USB sur le connecteur à fonctions multiples de l’appareil mobile.

2 Une fois l’appareil mobile entièrement chargé, débranchez le câble USB des deux appareils.

• Si l’appareil mobile ne se recharge pas après connexion au pack batterie, appuyez sur la touche Réinitialiser.

•Le pack batterie est une batterie auxiliaire externe. Elle peut ne pas être adaptée au chargement de certains appareils mobiles.

•Si le pack batterie est exposé à des températures extrêmes ou si une erreur survient, le témoin lumineux clignote. Déconnectez l’appareil mobile du pack batterie, puis reconnectez-le.

Akkupack laden

Vor der erstmaligen Verwendung des Akkupacks oder wenn der Akkupack längere Zeit nicht genutzt wurde, muss der Akku aufgeladen werden.

Verwenden Sie nur von Samsung zugelassene Ladegeräte und Kabel. Nicht zugelassene Ladegeräte oder Kabel können zu einer Explosion des Akkus oder zu Schäden am Akkupack führen.

1 Schließen Sie den Akkupack mit dem USB-Kabel an ein USB-Netzteil an. Stecken Sie das USB-Netzteil in eine Netzsteckdose.

Ein falsches Anschließen des Ladegeräts kann zu schweren Schäden am Akkupack führen. Schäden durch unsachgemäße Verwendung werden nicht von der Garantie abgedeckt.

•	Sie können den Akkupack mit dem Ladegerät laden (separat erhältlich).
•	Der Akkupack kann während des Ladevorgangs verwendet werden, allerdings verlängert
	sich hierdurch möglicherweise die Ladedauer.

•Während des Ladevorgangs erwärmt sich der Akkupack unter Umständen. Dies ist normal und wirkt sich nicht auf die Lebensdauer oder die Leistung des Akkupacks aus. Steigt die Temperatur des Akkus ungewöhnlich an, wird der Ladevorgang angehalten.

•Kann der Akkupack nicht ordnungsgemäß geladen werden, bringen Sie den Akkupack und das Ladegerät zu einem Servicezentrum von Samsung.

2 Ziehen Sie das USB-Kabel vom Akkupack ab, wenn er vollständig geladen ist, und trennen Sie dann die Verbindung zur Netzsteckdose.

Stecken Sie das Ladegerät aus, wenn es nicht verwendet wird, um Energie zu sparen. Das Ladegerät verfügt über keinen Ein-/Ausschalter. Sie müssen also das Ladegerät vom Stromanschluss trennen, wenn es nicht verwendet wird, um zu verhindern, dass Energie verschwendet wird. Ricarica del battery pack

Caricate la batteria prima di utilizzare il battery pack per la prima volta o se il battery pack è rimasto inutilizzato per lunghi periodi di tempo.

Utilizzo del battery pack

Ricarica del dispositivo mobile

Cargar la funda de carga

Cargue la batería antes de utilizar la funda de carga por primera vez o cuando la funda de carga no se haya utilizado durante un periodo prolongado de tiempo.

El cargador no tiene interruptor de encendido y apagado, por tanto, para detener la entrada de corriente eléctrica, el usuario debe desenchufar el cargador de la red. Además, cuando esté conectado debe permanecer cerca del enchufe. Para ahorrar energía, desenchufe el cargador cuando no esté en uso.
