Background : The different chassis could be used for the same Nickname code. So SEC want to add so on the
(Symptom) serial No for distinguishing the proper chassis from the other used same nickname.
Cause : For didtinguishing the proper chassis from the other which is used with same nickname
Solution : Add 4 digit on the serial No.

Background : The CRT of CSE 19 inch monitor can be used alternately. (Symptom)
Cause : There have been 19" CRT shortage problem & SEC need to improve 19" CRT quality by pushing CRT maker.
Solution : When CRT is replaced to another CRT than some parts have to be changed according attached multi-parts list table.
