Safety precautions

When using your headset while driving, follow local regulations in the region you are in.•
Never disassemble or modify your headset for any reason. Doing this may cause the headset to malfunction •
or become combustible. Bring the headset to an authorized service center to repair it.
Keep your device and all accessories out of the reach of small children or animals. Small parts may cause •
choking or serious injury if swallowed.
Avoid exposing your device to very cold or very hot temperatures (below 0 °C or above 45 °C). Extreme •
temperatures can cause the deformation of the device and reduce the charging capacity and life of your
device.
Do not allow your device to get wet — liquids can cause serious damage. Do not handle your device with wet •

Charging the headset

This headset has a rechargeable internal battery which is non-removable. Make sure the headset is fully
charged before using it for the first time.

Use only Samsung-approved chargers. Unauthorized or non-Samsung chargers could cause
damage to the headset or in extreme circumstances an explosion, it could also invalidate any
warranty on the product.

Charging the headset with the travel adapter

1. Connect the travel adapter to the charging socket on

the headset.

2. Plug the travel adapter in to the wall outlet. During

charging, the indicator light will turn red. If charging
does not begin, unplug the travel adapter and plug it
in again.

3. When the headset is fully charged, the red indicator

light changes to blue. Unplug the travel adapter from
the wall outlet and the headset.

Charging the headset with the portable charger

1. Charge the portable charger. When it is fully charged,

the indicator light is changed to blue color.

2. Follow directions in the picture to open the cover of

charger.

3. Put your headset in the fully charged portable charger

and then turn on the portable charger.

4. When the indicator light on the headset is changed

to blue color, turn off the portable charger.

The portable charger will be discharged when you remain the headset in it without turning •
off the portable charger.
Using travel charger to charge both BT headset and portable charger, the headset will be •
charged first and then the portable charger.
Do not connect the headset with the travel adapter if the headset is already in the portable •
charger. Your headset will be charged only by portable charger in this case.
Repeatedly charging and discharging of the headset, over time will cause the battery •
performance to diminish. This is normal for all rechargeable batteries.
Never make or receive calls while charging, always disconnect your headset from the •
charger and answer the call.

When the headset battery is low

The headset indicator light flashes red and you can hear beeps or “Headset battery level is low”. If the
headset powers off during a call, the call will be automatically transferred to the phone.

Checking the battery level

To check the battery level, press and hold the Volume down button and the Multifunction button at the
same time. Depending on the battery level, the indicator light flashes 5 times in one of the following
colors:

Wearing the headset

Depending on which ear you are going to wear the
headset, simply adjust the ear hook accordingly.

You can also use the optional ear rubbers instead of the
ear hook. Remove the earpiece cover and attach the ear
rubber. Then, rotate the ear rubber left or right slightly
depending on which ear you are going to wear the
headset. If it does not fit your ear, replace it with the other.

Using your headset

This section explains how to turn the headset on or off, pair and connect the headset to the phone, and
use various functions.

Activated functions and features may differ depending on the phone type.•
Some devices, especially those that are not tested or approved by the Bluetooth Special •
Interest Group (SIG), may be incompatible with your headset.

To ensure you get the best performance from your headset

Keep the distance between your headset and device as small as possible and avoid placing your •
body or other objects in the signals path.
If you usually use your mobile phone with your right hand, wear the headset on your right ear.•
Covering your headset or device could effect its performance so keep contact to a minimum.•

Turning the headset on or off

To turn the headset on

Press and hold the Multifunction button until the blue indicator light flashes 4 times.

If the headset is turned on for the first time, it will go into Pairing mode immediately and the
Pairing mode stays for 3 minutes.

To turn the headset off

Press and hold the Multifunction button for 3 seconds. The indicator light flashes blue and red then
turns off.

Using voice prompts

Voice prompts will inform you about the current status of the headset and usage instructions. Voice
prompts are available in English only. If you can’t hear any voice prompts, make sure the voice prompt
feature is turned on.

Turning the voice prompts on or off

To turn voice prompts on

In Pairing mode, press and hold the Volume up button for 3 seconds. You will hear “Voice prompts on”.
To enter Pairing mode, see page 19.

To turn voice prompts off

In Pairing mode, press and hold the Volume down button for 3 seconds. You will hear “Voice prompts off”.
The following voice prompts are available depending on the status:

Using the voice command

You can control your headset using your voice. Your headset can recognize only English commands.

1. Turn on the voice prompt feature.

To turn the voice prompt feature on or off, see page 15.

2. Press the voice button while the headset is Standby mode.

3. Wait until the headset asks you to “Say a command”.

If you say a command with a low tone of voice or don’t say any command within 5 seconds, you •
will hear “Say it again” at the first time. And then you will hear “Cancelled” at the second time.

If you hear • “Say it again”, please say a command clear with more loud voice. Even if you say so
and hear “Cancelled”, press voice button on the headset.

To stop the whole process of voice command, press the voice button once again while •
recognizing your voice command. Then you will hear “Cancelled”.

4. Say one of the following commands loudly and clearly.

Your headset may not recognize voice commands if you speak softly or unclearly.•

Pairing and connecting the headset

Pairing means a unique and encrypted wireless connection between two Bluetooth devices when they
agree to communicate with each other.
In Pairing mode, two devices should be placed close enough to each other.

Pairing and connecting the headset with a phone

1. Enter Pairing mode. (The blue indicator light stays lit.)

With the headset turned off, press and hold the Multifunction button for 3 seconds. •
With the headset turned on, press and hold the Volume up and the Multifunction button •

at the same time for 3 seconds.

2. Activate the Bluetooth feature on your phone and search for the headset (see your phone’s user

manual).

3. Select the headset (HM7000) from the list of devices found by your phone.

4. If requested, enter the Bluetooth PIN 0000 (4 zeros) to pair and connect the headset to your phone.

Your headset supports the Simple Pairing feature which allows the headset to be paired with •
a phone without requesting a PIN. This feature is available for phones that are compliant with
Bluetooth version 2.1 or higher.

If your phone supports A2DP (Advanced Audio Distribution Profile), you can also listen to •
music with your headset.

Pairing via the Active pairing feature

With the Active pairing feature, your headset automatically looks for a Bluetooth device within range
and tries to make a connection with it.
The phone’s Bluetooth visibility option must be set to on.

In Pairing mode (solid blue indicator light), press and hold the Multifunction button on the headset. •
The indicator light color changes to violet.

The Bluetooth phone you want to connect with must not be paired with other devices. •
If the phone is already connected to another device, end the connection and restart the
Active pairing feature.
This feature may not be supported on some devices.•
When the headset pairs with your phone, a connection is made through the Hands-Free •
Profile. To make a connection through another profile, such as A2DP (Advanced Audio
Distribution Profile), check the phone’s user manual on how to pair the Bluetooth device.

Connecting with two Bluetooth phones

With the Multi-point feature activated, your headset can be connected to 2 Bluetooth phones at the
same time.

To turn Multi-point feature on

In Pairing mode, press and hold the Volume up
button. The blue indicator light flashes twice.

1. Connect with the first Bluetooth phone.

2. Enter Pairing mode.

3. Activate the Bluetooth feature on the second Bluetooth phone and search for the headset (see

your phone’s user manual).

4. Select the headset (HM7000) from the list of devices found by the second Bluetooth phone.

5. If requested, enter the Bluetooth PIN 0000 (4 zeros) to connect the headset to the second

Bluetooth phone.

6. Reconnect to the headset from the first Bluetooth phone.

To turn Multi-point feature off

In Pairing mode, press and hold the Volume down
button. The red indicator light flashes twice.

When connecting the headset to 2 Bluetooth phones, some phones may not be able
to connect as a second Bluetooth phone.

Connecting the headset with a music device

You can also pair and connect your headset with a music device such as an MP3 player. The process
of connecting to a music device is the same as for connecting with a phone. When connected to both
devices (phone and music device) you can make or receive a call on the phone while listening to music
from the music device.

You cannot control playback using your headset.•
If your headset is already connected with the A2DP (Advanced Audio Distribution Profile), •
you cannot connect with another music device.

Reconnecting the headset

To reconnect to the paired phone (HFP)

Press the Multifunction button on the headset or use the Bluetooth menu on your phone.•

To reconnect to the paired music device (A2DP)

Press and hold the Volume up button on the headset or use the Bluetooth menu on your music •
device.

Your headset will attempt to automatically reconnect each time you turn it on. If the Multi­point feature is activated, your headset will attempt to reconnect to the two most recently
connected devices. This feature may not be supported on some devices.

Disconnecting the headset

Turn off the headset or use the Bluetooth menu on your phone.

Using call functions

Available call functions may differ from phone to phone.•
For better sound quality during a call, avoid covering the Secondary microphone.•

Making a call

Redialing the latest number

To redial the last number dialed on the primary phone:

Press and hold the Multifunction button.•
You can also use the voice command • “Redial”.

To redial the last number dialed on the secondary phone:

Press the Multifunction button twice.•

Some phones open the call log list. Press the Multifunction button again to dial the selected
number.

Dialing a number by voice

To voice dial from the primary phone:

Press the Multifunction button.

•

This function is only available on the primary phone using the Hands-Free profile.

Answering a call

Press the Multifunction button to answer a call when you hear incoming call tones.

•

You can also say • “Answer” or “Ye s” when you hear “Call from OOO. Say Answer or Ignore”.

If you receive calls on both connected devices at the same time you can only answer •
the call on the primary phone.
When you are listening to music, the music stops during a call.•

Rejecting a call

Press and hold the Multifunction button to reject a call when a call comes in.

You can also say • “Ignore” or “No” when you hear “Call from OOO. Say Answer or Ignore”.

If you receive calls on both connected devices at the same time you can only reject the call •
on the primary phone.
This function is only available when using the Hands-Free profile. •

Ending a call

Press the Multifunction button to end a call.

Options available during a call

You can use the following functions during a call.

Adjusting the volume

Press the Volume up or down button to adjust the volume.

You will hear a beep when the volume level of the headset reaches it’s lowest or highest level.

Muting the microphone

Press and hold the Volume up or down button to turn the microphone off so that the person with
whom you are speaking cannot hear you. When the microphone is turned off, the headset beeps at
regular intervals. Press and hold the Volume up or down button again to turn the microphone back on.

Transferring a call from the phone to the headset

Press the Multifunction button on the headset to transfer a call from the phone to the headset.

Placing a call on hold

Press and hold the Multifunction button to place the current call on hold.

This function is available only on the Hands-Free profile.

Answering a second call

Press the Multifunction button to end the first call and answer a second call.

Press and hold the Multifunction button to place the first call on hold and answer a second call.

•

To switch between the current call and the held call, press and hold the Multifunction button.

This function is only available when using the Hands-Free profile.

Resetting the headset

When the headset is paired with a device, it automatically saves connection and feature settings, such
as the Bluetooth address or device type of the mobile phone.
If you want to reset the connection settings in the headset:

In Pairing mode, press and hold Volume up, Volume down and the Multifunction button at the same

time for 3 seconds. The headset will turn on automatically.

When you reset the headset, all connection settings in the headset will be deleted and the
connection with your phone will be lost. In order to use the headset, you will have to pair it
again.

Will my headset work with
laptops, PCs, and PDAs?

Why do I hear static

call?

Will my headset interfere

computer?

Your headset will work with devices that support your headset’s
Bluetooth version and profiles. For specifications, see page 40.

Appliances such as cordless phones and wireless networking
equipment may cause interference, which usually sounds like
static. To reduce any interference, keep the headset away from
other devices that use or produce radio waves.

Your headset produces significantly less power than a typical
mobile phone. It also only emits signals that are in compliance with
the international Bluetooth standard. Therefore, you should not
expect any interference with standard consumer-grade electronics
equipment.

phone users hear
my conversation?

Why do I hear an echo while
on a call?

How do I clean my headset? Wipe it with a soft dry cloth.

The headset does not fully
charge.

I cannot use all the features
described in the manual.

When you pair your headset to your Bluetooth phone, you are
creating a private link between only these two Bluetooth devices.
The wireless Bluetooth technology used in your headset is not
easily monitored by third parties because Bluetooth wireless
signals are significantly lower in radio frequency power than those
produced by a typical mobile phone.

Adjust the headset volume, or move to another area and try again.

The headset and the travel adapter may not have been connected
properly.
Separate the headset from the travel adapter, reconnect, and
charge the headset.

Available features may vary depending on the connected device.
If your headset is connected to two devices at once, some features
may be unavailable.

are free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for the period
commencing upon the date of purchase and continuing for the following specified period of time after

What is Not Covered?

This Limited Warranty is conditioned upon proper use of Product by Purchaser.
This Limited Warranty does not cover: (a) defects or damage resulting from accident, misuse, abnormal

use, abnormal conditions, improper storage, exposure to moisture or dampness, neglect, unusual
physical, electrical or electromechanical stress, or defects in appearance, cosmetic, decorative or
structural items, including framing, and any nonoperative parts unless caused by SAMSUNG; (b) defects
or damage resulting from excessive force or use of a metallic object when pressing on a touch screen;
(c) equipment that has the serial number or the enhancement data code removed, defaced,damaged,
altered or made illegible;
or damaged due to normal use; (e) malfunctions resulting from the use of Product in conjunction or
connection with accessories, products, or ancillary/peripheral equipment not furnished or approved by
SAMSUNG; (f) defects or damage from improper testing, operation, maintenance, installation, service, or
adjustment not furnished or approved by SAMSUNG; (g) defects or damage from external causes such
as collision with an object, or from fire, flooding, sand, dirt, windstorm, lightning, earthquake, or from

if battery capacity falls below 80% of rated capacity or the battery leaks, and this Limited Warranty does

not cover any battery if (i) the battery has been charged by a battery charger not specified or approved
by SAMSUNG for charging the battery, (ii) any of the seals on the battery are broken or show evidence of
tampering, or (iii) the battery has been used in equipment other than the SAMSUNG phone for which it is

What are SAMSUNG’s Obligations?

During the applicable warranty period, SAMSUNG will repair or replace, at SAMSUNG’s sole option, without
charge to Purchaser, any defective component part of Product. To obtain service under this Limited Warranty,
Purchaser must return Product to an authorized phone service facility in an adequate container for shipping,
accompanied by Purchaser’s sales receipt or comparable substitute proof of sale showing the original date of
purchase, the serial number of Product and the sellers’ name and address. To obtain assistance on where to
deliver the Product, call Samsung Customer Care at 1-888-987-4357. Upon receipt, SAMSUNG will promptly
repair or replace the defective Product. SAMSUNG may, at SAMSUNG’s sole option, use rebuilt, reconditioned, or
new parts or components when repairing any Product or replace Product with a rebuilt, reconditioned or new
Product. Repaired/replaced cases, pouches and holsters will be warranted for a period of ninety (90) days. All
other repaired/replaced Product will be warranted for a period equal to the remainder of the original Limited
Warranty on the original Product or for 90 days, whichever is longer. All replaced parts, components, boards and
equipment shall become the property of SAMSUNG. If SAMSUNG determines that any Product is not covered by
this Limited Warranty, Purchaser must pay all parts, shipping, and labor charges for the repair or return of such
Product.

Carga del auricular

El auricular tiene una batería interna recargable, la cual no puede desmontarse. Asegúrese de que el
auricular esté cargado completamente antes de utilizarlo por primera vez.

Utilice solo los cargadores autorizados por Samsung. Los cargadores no autorizados o que
no sean de Samsung pueden causar daños en el auricular o, en circunstancias extremas, una
explosión. También podrían invalidar la garantía del producto.

Carga del auricular con el adaptador de viaje

1. Conecte el adaptador de viaje al compartimiento de

carga del auricular.

2. Conecte el adaptador de viaje a un tomacorriente

de pared. Durante la carga, la luz indicadora se verá
de color rojo. Si no se inicia la carga, desconecte el
adaptador de viaje y vuelva a conectarlo.

3. Cuando el auricular esté totalmente cargado, la

luz indicadora roja se volverá azul. Desconecte el
adaptador de viaje del tomacorriente y del auricular.

1. Cargue el cargador portátil. Cuando esté cargado por

completo, la luz indicadora cambiará a azul.

El cargador portátil se descargará cuando deje el auricular en él sin apagarlo.•
Al usar el cargador de viaje para cargar el auricular y el cargador portátil, el auricular se •
cargará primero y el cargador portátil después.
No conecte el auricular con el adaptador de viaje si el auricular ya está en el cargador •
portátil. El auricular se cargará sólo a través del cargador portátil en este caso.
Con el trascurso del tiempo, la carga y descarga repetida del auricular ocasionará que •
disminuya el rendimiento de la batería. Esto es lo que ocurre normalmente con todas las
baterías recargables.
Nunca realice o reciba llamadas mientras se carga el producto. Desconecte siempre el •
auricular del cargador para responder una llamada.

Cuando la batería del auricular está baja

La luz indicadora del auricular parpadea en rojo y puede escuchar un pitido o “Headset battery level
is low” (Nivel de batería del auricular bajo). Si el auricular se descarga durante una llamada, ésta se

transferirá automáticamente al teléfono.

Control del nivel de la batería

Para comprobar el nivel de la batería, mantenga presionados simultáneamente el botón de
disminución de volumen y el botón Multifunción. Según el nivel de batería, la luz indicadora parpadea
5 veces en uno de los siguientes colores:

Colocación del auricular

Según la oreja en la que utilice el auricular, simplemente
ajuste el gancho de la manera apropiada.

También puede utilizar las almohadillas opcionales del
audífono en vez del gancho para oreja. Quite la cubierta
del audífono y ajuste la almohadilla. Luego, gire la
almohadilla del audífono hacia la izquierda o hacia la
derecha, en función de la oreja en la que va a utilizar
el auricular. Si no se ajusta a su oreja, reemplácela con
la otra.

Uso del auricular

Esta sección explica cómo encender el auricular, cómo vincularlo y conectarlo al teléfono, y cómo
utilizar varias funciones.

Las características y las funciones disponibles pueden variar según el tipo de teléfono.•
Algunos dispositivos, en especial aquellos no probados o autorizados por Bluetooth Special •
Interest Group (SIG), pueden ser incompatibles con el auricular.

Para asegurarse de obtener el máximo rendimiento del auricular

Minimice la distancia entre el auricular y el dispositivo a fin de evitar que su cuerpo u otros objetos se •
interpongan en la ruta de la señal.
Si suele utilizar su teléfono móvil con la mano derecha, utilice el auricular en la oreja derecha.•
Si cubre el auricular o el dispositivo, es posible que el rendimiento se vea afectado. Reduzca al •
mínimo el contacto.

Encendido y apagado del auricular

Para encender el auricular

Mantenga presionado el botón Multifunción hasta que la luz indicadora azul parpadee 4 veces.

Si es la primera vez que se enciende el auricular, pasará inmediatamente al modo de
vinculación durante 3 minutos.

Para apagar el auricular

Mantenga presionado el botón Multifunción durante 3 segundos. La luz indicadora parpadea en azul
y rojo, y luego se apaga.

Uso de comandos de voz

El comando de voz le informará el estado actual del auricular y las instrucciones de uso. Están
disponibles en inglés solamente. Si no puede escuchar los comandos de voz, asegúrese de que
la función de comando de voz esté activada.

Uso del comando de voz

Puede controlar el auricular con su voz. El auricular puede reconocer únicamente comandos en inglés.

1. Active la función de indicaciones de voz.

Para activar o desactivar la función de indicaciones de voz, consulte la página 56.

2. Presione el botón de voz mientras el auricular está en modo de espera.

3. Espere hasta que el auricular indique “Say a command” (Diga un comando).

Si dice un comando en voz baja o no dice ningún comando después de 5 segundos, escuchará •
“Say it again” (Dígalo de nuevo) la primera vez. Luego escuchará “Cancelled” (Cancelado),
la segunda vez.

Si escucha • “Say it again” (Dígalo de nuevo), diga un comando de manera clara y con un tono de
voz más alto. Incluso si lo hace y escucha “Cancelled” (Cancelado), presione el botón de voz del
auricular.

Para detener todo el proceso del comando de voz, presione el botón de voz otra vez mientras •
reconoce el comando de voz. Luego escuchará “Cancelled” (Cancelado).

4. Diga uno de los siguientes comandos en voz alta y clara.

Vinculación y conexión del auricular

La vinculación crea una conexión inalámbrica exclusiva y cifrada entre dos dispositivos Bluetooth que
acuerden comunicarse entre sí.
En el modo de vinculación, dos dispositivos deben colocarse lo suficientemente cerca uno del otro.

Vinculación y conexión del auricular con un teléfono

1. Acceda al modo de vinculación. (La luz indicadora azul se mantiene encendida.)

Con el auricular apagado, mantenga presionado el botón Multifunción durante 3 segundos. •
Con el auricular encendido, mantenga presionados simultáneamente el botón Multifunción •

y el botón de aumento de volumen durante 3 segundos.

2. Active la función Bluetooth en el teléfono y busque el auricular (consulte el manual del usuario del

teléfono).

3. Seleccione el auricular (HM7000) de la lista de dispositivos encontrados por el teléfono.

4. Si se le solicita, introduzca el PIN de Bluetooth (0000, cuatro ceros) para vincular y conectar el

auricular al teléfono.

El auricular admite la función de vinculación simple que permite que el auricular se vincule •
con un teléfono sin necesidad de un PIN. Esta función está disponible cuando el teléfono es
compatible con Bluetooth versión 2.1 o superior.

Si el teléfono es compatible con el Perfil de distribución avanzada de audio (A2DP), podrá •
escuchar música con el auricular.

Vinculación mediante la función de vinculación activa

Con la función de vinculación activa, el auricular busca automáticamente un dispositivo Bluetooth
dentro de un rango e intenta conectarse a él.
La opción de visibilidad Bluetooth del teléfono debe estar activada.

En el modo de vinculación (luz indicadora azul continua), mantenga presionado el botón •
Multifunción del auricular. El color de la luz indicadora cambia a violeta.

El teléfono Bluetooth que desea conectar no debe estar vinculado con otros dispositivos. •
Si el teléfono ya está conectado con otro dispositivo, finalice la conexión y reinicie la
función de vinculación activa.
Es posible que esta función no esté disponible en algunos dispositivos.•

Cuando el auricular se vincula con su teléfono, se establece una conexión mediante el •
perfil de manos libres. Para establecer una conexión mediante otro perfil, como el Perfil de
distribución avanzada de audio (A2DP), consulte el manual del usuario del teléfono para

Conexión con dos teléfonos Bluetooth

Con la función Multipunto activada, es posible conectar el auricular con dos teléfonos Bluetooth al
mismo tiempo.

Para activar la función Multipunto

En el modo de vinculación, mantenga
presionado el botón de aumento de volumen.
La luz indicadora parpadea en azul dos veces.

1. Conecte el primer teléfono Bluetooth.

2. Acceda al modo de vinculación.

3. Active la función Bluetooth en el segundo teléfono Bluetooth y busque el auricular (consulte el

manual del usuario del teléfono).

Para desactivar la función Multipunto

En el modo de vinculación, mantenga presionado
el botón de disminución de volumen. La luz
indicadora parpadea en rojo dos veces.

4. Seleccione el auricular (HM7000) de la lista de dispositivos encontrados por el segundo teléfono

Bluetooth.

5. Si se le solicita, introduzca el PIN de Bluetooth (0000, cuatro ceros) para conectar el auricular al

teléfono.

6. Vuelva a conectar el auricular al primer teléfono Bluetooth.

Cuando el auricular se conecta con dos teléfonos Bluetooth, es posible que algunos teléfonos

Conexión del auricular con un dispositivo de música

También puede vincular y conectar el auricular con un dispositivo de música, como un reproductor
de MP3. El proceso de conexión con un dispositivo de música es el mismo que para conectarse con un
teléfono. Cuando está conectado a los dos dispositivos (teléfono y dispositivo de música) puede realizar
o recibir una llamada en el teléfono mientras escucha música del dispositivo de música.

No se puede controlar la reproducción con el auricular.•
Si el auricular ya está conectado con el Perfil de distribución avanzada de audio (A2DP), no •
podrá conectarse a otro dispositivo de música.

Para volver a conectar el teléfono vinculado (HFP)

Presione el botón Multifunción del auricular o utilice el menú Bluetooth del teléfono.•

Para volver a conectar el dispositivo de música vinculado (A2DP)

Mantenga presionado el botón de disminución del volumen o utilice el menú de Bluetooth del •
dispositivo de música.

El auricular intentará volver a conectarse automáticamente cada vez que lo encienda. Si la
función Multipunto está activada, el aur icular intentará volver a conectarse a los dos últimos
dispositivos con los que estuvo conectado. Es posible que esta función no esté disponible en
algunos dispositivos.

Desconexión del auricular

Apague el auricular o use el menú Bluetooth del teléfono.

Las funciones de llamada disponibles pueden variar en función del teléfono.•
Para lograr una mejor calidad de sonido durante una llamada, evite cubrir el micrófono •
secundario.

Realizar una llamada

Volver a marcar el número más reciente

Para volver a marcar el número más reciente del teléfono principal:

Mantenga presionado el botón Multifunción.•
También puede utilizar el comando de voz • “Redial” (Repetición de marcado).

Para volver a marcar el número más reciente del teléfono principal:

Presione el botón Multifunción dos veces.•

Algunos teléfonos abren la lista de registro de llamadas. Presione el botón Multifunción
nuevamente para marcar el número seleccionado.

Para marcar un número por voz desde el teléfono principal:

Rechazar una llamada

Presione el botón Multifunción para rechazar una llamada cuando hay una llamada entrante.

También puede decir • “Answer” (Responder) o “No” (No) cuando escuche “Call from OOO. Say Answer

Si recibe llamadas en ambos dispositivos conectados al mismo tiempo, solamente podrá •

Ajustar el volumen

Presione el botón de aumento o disminución de volumen para ajustar el volumen.

Escuchará un sonido cuando el volumen del auricular alcance su nivel mínimo o máximo.

Silenciar el micrófono

Mantenga presionado el botón de aumento o disminución de volumen para apagar el micrófono
de manera que el interlocutor no pueda escucharlo. Cuando el micrófono está apagado, el auricular
emite un sonido a intervalos regulares. Mantenga presionado el botón de aumento o disminución de
volumen nuevamente para volver a encender el micrófono.

Transferir una llamada del teléfono al auricular

Presione el botón Multifunción del auricular a fin de transferir una llamada del teléfono al auricular.

Colocar una llamada en espera

Mantenga presionado el botón Multifunción para colocar la llamada actual en espera.

Esta función solamente está disponible en el perfil de manos libres.

Responder una segunda llamada

Presione el botón Multifunción si desea finalizar la primera llamada y responder la segunda llamada.

Reinicio del auricular

Cuando el auricular está vinculado a un dispositivo, almacena automáticamente la configuración de las
funciones y de conexión, como la dirección Bluetooth y el tipo de dispositivo del teléfono móvil.
Si desea restablecer la configuración de conexión en el auricular:

En el modo de vinculación, mantenga presionados simultáneamente el botón de aumento de

volumen, el botón de disminución de volumen y el botón Multifunción durante 3 segundos.
El auricular se encenderá automáticamente.

Cuando reinicie el auricular, se eliminará la configuración de conexión del auricular y se perderá
la conexión al teléfono. A fin de utilizar el auricular, deberá volver a vincularlo.

El auricular funciona con dispositivos que son compatibles con la
misma versión y los mismos perfiles Bluetooth. Para conocer las

Los dispositivos como teléfonos inalámbricos y equipos de red
inalámbrica pueden producir interferencia, que por lo general se
escucha como estática. Para reducir cualquier interferencia, mantenga
el dispositivo alejado de otros dispositivos que usen o produzcan
ondas de radio.

El auricular produce considerablemente menos energía que un
teléfono móvil clásico. El auricular emite señales que cumplen con
el estándar internacional de Bluetooth. Por tanto, no se producen
interferencias con equipos electrónicos estándares.

Cuando conecta el auricular al teléfono Bluetooth, crea un vínculo
privado sólo entre estos dos dispositivos Bluetooth. La tecnología
inalámbrica Bluetooth del auricular no es fácilmente monitoreada
por otros, ya que las señales inalámbricas de Bluetooth poseen una
frecuencia de radio menor que la producida por los teléfonos móviles
clásicos.

Ajuste el volumen del auricular o desplácese de lugar y vuelva
a intentarlo.

Límpielo con un paño suave y seco.

Es posible que el auricular y el adaptador de viaje no se hayan
conectado de forma adecuada.
Separe el auricular del adaptador de viaje, vuelva a conectarlos
y cargue el auricular.

Es posible que las funciones disponibles varíen en función del

¿Qué está cubierto y durante cuánto tiempo?

SAMSUNG TELECOMMUNICATIONS AMERICA, LLC (“SAMSUNG”) garantiza al comprador original
(“Comprador”) que los teléfonos y accesorios de SAMSUNG (“Productos”) no tendrán defectos en el
material y la mano de obra bajo condiciones normales de uso y servicio por un periodo contado a
partir de la fecha de compra, cuya duración será la que se indica a continuación a partir de dicha fecha:

¿Qué no goza de cobertura?

Esta garantía limitada está condicionada a que el Comprador use adecuadamente el Producto.
Esta garantía limitada no cubre: (a) defectos o daños que sean consecuencia de accidentes, uso
inadecuado o anormal del Producto, negligencia, sometimiento del Producto a condiciones anormales,
almacenamiento inapropiado o exposición a humedad; tensión física, eléctrica o electromecánica
excepcional, defectos de las piezas decorativas o estructurales (incluido el armazón) y de cualquier
parte que no sea operativa, a menos que sean causados por SAMSUNG; (b) defectos o daños que
sean consecuencia del uso de fuerza excesiva o del uso de objetos metálicos durante la utilización
de la pantalla táctil; (c) equipos cuyos números de serie o códigos de datos hayan sido eliminados,
borrados, dañados, alterados o se hayan vuelto ilegibles; (d) todas las superficies plásticas y otras
piezas expuestas externamente que se rayen o dañen debido al uso normal; (e) el mal funcionamiento

como golpes, fuego, agua, arena, polvo, tormentas de viento, relámpagos, terremotos, exposición a
condiciones meteorológicas, goteo de baterías, robo, quema de fusibles o uso inadecuado de cualquier
fuente eléctrica; (h) defectos o daños causados por la transmisión o recepción de señales inalámbricas,
virus u otros problemas de software que puedan afectar el Producto; (i) cualquier otro hecho que
no sea responsabilidad de SAMSUNG; o (j) Productos que se hayan comprado fuera de los Estados

Unidos. Esta garantía limitada cubre las baterías únicamente si la capacidad de las mismas disminuyera
a menos del 80% de la capacidad nominal o si la batería goteara, y esta garantía limitada no cubre
batería alguna si (i) la batería se hubiera cargado con un cargador que SAMSUNG no haya especificado
o aprobado; (ii) cualquiera de los sellos de la batería estuvieran rotos o mostraran evidencia de
manipulación o (iii) la batería se hubiera usado en un equipo que no fuese el teléfono SAMSUNG para
el cual está especificada.

¿Cuáles son las obligaciones de SAMSUNG?

Durante el período aplicable de garantía, SAMSUNG reparará o reemplazará, a su discreción única,
sin cargo al comprador, cualquier pieza componente defectuosa del Producto. Para obtener servicio
en virtud de esta garantía limitada, el comprador debe enviar el Producto a una instalación de
servicio autorizada en un paquete adecuado para su envío, acompañado por el recibo de compra del
Comprador o una evidencia de compra comparable donde aparezca la fecha de compra, el número de
serie del Producto y el nombre y la dirección del vendedor. Para obtener información sobre a dónde
puede enviar el Producto, llame al Centro de Atención al Cliente de Samsung al 1-888-987-4357.
Al recibirlo, SAMSUNG reparará o reemplazará el Producto defectuoso oportunamente. SAMSUNG
puede, a su discreción única, usar piezas o componentes reacondicionados, reconstruidos o nuevos
para las reparaciones de cualquier Producto o bien, reemplazarlo con un producto reacondicionado,
reconstruido o nuevo. Los estuches, las bolsas y los portateléfonos de cuero que se hayan reparado
o reemplazado estarán garantizados por un periodo de noventa (90) días. Los otros Productos

reparados o reemplazados tendrán una garantía por un período equivalente al resto de la Garantía
Limitada original del producto original o por 90 días, lo que sea más. Todas las piezas, los componentes,
las tarjetas y el equipo de reposición pasarán a ser propiedad de SAMSUNG. Si SAMSUNG determina
que un producto no está cubierto por esta Garantía Limitada, el comprador deberá pagar todos
los cargos por concepto de piezas, envío y mano de obra por la reparación o devolución de dicho
